Man you went WAYYYYYYYYY back into the Marvel storage locker for him didn't you?! I read the name Zarrko the Tomorrow Man and thought to myself "Isn't that the character that we stumped Todd (our geek groups of comic book guru) with out of like 90+ odd or rarely used characters?" Nice work by the way!

He's on that list of villains & heroes that get dragged out and used just shy of them loosing their copyright on them, even if it's in a "who's who of book" or a "history of..(insert character or Marvel logo)". Think how long Groot was on that list before he got added to the latest version of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Zarrko would be a perfect villain for a team like them to run into in the books. Heck you could have him pop up in a Thor, Hulk, or Avengers movie as an Easter egg making treats only to be taken out as the pawn villain. Your old-school comic fans would love that.

Well for a solo villain for a street level hero Fool-killer. For team, the U-Foes, I don't remember seeing them in a while. For a big bad, Korvac, his las big run was in the 75 and he didn't pop up again but what 2-4 times in the 80's so he's due.

Always liked the U-Foes they were a twisted FF so they could be called the F-Us...lol
I loved his original costume and hated the current one ..Foolkiller is a twisted Punisher. I love it when insane people call others fools.
