Blender 2.69: modeling plastic bricks and combining them into building model
DAZ Studio 4.9: partial scene composing (characters, clothes and room interior)
Octane Render 3.08: final scene composing, scattering parts in boxes, materials setup and rendering
Paint.NET 4.1.4: signature adding

Про хрущевки я пошутил.

Отечественная архитектура очень бросается в глаза, сразу видно - наши...
Просто изначально как начали пятиэтажки собирать из квадратиков ктати, вон они, в коробках   так и сейчас строят хоть шестнадцать, хоть двадцать пять....

So is there a Blender script for building stuff with them bricks?

If so, I wonder whether there is one for things like Fischer-Technic and Konnects and Erector-Set.

Not sure about scripts, but I've modeled the separate bricks first, then composed them into building model by using Array and Mirror modifiers. If you're looking some high-level tools than Blender for such tasks, there are LDraw and LDD applications at least.
