Personality:
Growing up with strict rules and high expectations as a part of his everyday life, Fen was raised to be disinterested towards anything that didn’t relate to his success with life and to be completely loyal to his people. He really is rather cold and indifferent towards things he has no interest in or things that he sees as impractical and dislikes speaking to people unless it’s for something important or pertains to something that interests him. Usually, he pretends to not understand or speak English towards strangers in an attempt to be able to get off without speaking or interacting with them. He is also extremely adamant about goals he’s set for himself and will stop at nothing to achieve them and is quite hot headed when he gets irritated enough.

Biography:
Fen’s parents illegally immigrated to New York under false names with false papers to back up their claim and got settled in, seeking refuge and shelter with the other immigrants that’d been smuggled into the country. After a few months of comfortable living, the happy couple was overjoyed to announce that they’d been blessed with the gift of a child. However, his mother died shortly after he was born and he was raised by a father who’d become a shell of what he’d been before. Whatever good intentions his father had come to New York with, they were destroyed and quickly replaced with a shady life of smuggling weapons in from China, the equipment ranging from guns to more traditional, Chinese weapons. After seeing that he’d need some sort of apprentice, or at least assurance that he’d have something to sell off if his situation got too bad, his father decided to start training the boy at a young age to be able to fight. However during one of his dealings, a customer got into a dispute with his father and ended up killing him. Being now homeless and without any guardians, Fen went to find a job and joined with the members of the gang and was eventually assigned a job to collect any debts that were owed.
