Some Trivia Stuff I Guess:
• Fletch has Blade Whiskers
• Fletch's back whiskers go in order from longest to shortest, with the longest on the top
• Fletch is the third meep to have a dark blue base with an orange accent whoops
• I came up with his adult concept because of an upgrade I was gonna suggest for Wyngro, but decided against because it didn't really seem like it'd be different enough from the normal anatomy to count as one

Personality: Fletch is a social and friendly meep who always wants to help and make himself useful if he can. He really wants to be liked, so he tries to "hang out" with lots of other meeps. Though he's very much a people person, Fletch isn't always the smoothest socializer. He can be a bit awkward, especially if he thinks he's being ignored or unnoticed and wants to make his presence known. However, he doesn't actually like being the center of attention in a large group of people, and he'll get visibly nervous if too much attention is directed at him.
Being a Blade Whiskered kitter, Fletch has some natural talent in physical combat. He dreams of one day becoming a highly skilled fighter who protects in the innocent, disarming criminals and driving away monsters. He's overall altruistic, and the idea of risking himself to save others is a very worthy cause to him. Despite all that, Fletch is... Kind of a wimp. He doesn't have very high pain tolerance, and is sometimes too nervous to intervene if he notices bullying, or even to defend himself were he to be a target of bullying. He's bad at handling criticism or insults, and often takes them more personally than he'd like to. He doesn't want to handle them that way, though. He tries hard to overcome nervousness and fear, and tries to hide when he's taken offense to something, telling himself "they didn't mean it that way"-- though sometimes they might have.

Likes: Swimming, comic books (particularly the ones that feature superheroes), socializing, helping out, noodles, green tea (keeps asking Fern for his), playing pretend, trying to teach himself how to fight, daydreaming about being a hero, origami (even though he's not very good at it yet), seafood, puns

Dislikes: Being alone, being ignored or unnoticed, inability to overcome his fears, being wimpy, not being allowed to help, having nothing to do, too much attention, calling names, the cold

History/Backstory: When it comes down to it, he's just another Meepery kid. Nothing remarkable. Nothing to pay extra attention to. No reason a kitter should be looking at him and not another meep to adopt, as he's found out. He occasionally gets a little self-pitying about not being adopted, but the phases don't last long, as he remembers he's not the only one who hasn't been adopted, and other kids deserve adoption just as much as he does. But when an adult seemingly ignores him when they come to the Meepery, it can get to him.

Random Quirks:
● Really bad at making sarcastic remarks
● Tends to find puns a lot funnier than most people
● Wants Fern to teach him how to meditate
● Gets a slight stutter when nervous or scared
● Terrible at lying
● Can cross his eyes
● Often laughs and/or smiles nervously/sheepishly when embarrassed
● If he says something dumb, he'll keep talking to try to explain himself and fix it, making it progressively worse

Character Actions
Meeting a new kitter: Walks over and says hi; he's a friendly dude.
Meeting new species: He'll probably be quite fascinated with it, and watch it for a while even if it's not doing anything immediately interesting.
Being surprised: He does yell when surprised or scared, and if it comes from behind him, you'll find he jumps up an spins around quickly, awkwardly flailing his arms.
Being touched: He's not particularly adverse to being touched.
Actions when sad: Some might call him a crybaby. Try though he might, he can't help sobbing when he's really upset.

So yep, now I have a dark blue Water kitter and a light green Air kitter
