While every bit as skilled a Trainer as her male counterpart, unfortunately Wallace brought her low, and Rikuya claimed the title before she ever had another chance. She focused on contests then, and since I can't remember those in great detail, or the titles/ranks associated with them, she either earned or dubbed herself the 'Contest Queen' upon sweeping each of the Master competitions. So, real title or not, nobody can really deny her claims.

You'd expect winning to get her some measure of fame, however, her personality leaves much to be desired, and many mistake her indifference as disrespect, or apathy. It's fine by her, as she spends most of her time on the seas around Japan, frolicking with Kyogre. She also has a tendency to take down pirates, and the remnants of long-defeated teams hiding amongst Japans many smaller, and oft-forgotten islands.
