This is so sweet... I understand about needing imaginary friends as family members sometimes. This has always been one of my favorite pictures of yours--I remember seeing your gallery many years before I actually got the courage to join DA. Your artwork is so cuddly and lovely, and always inspires me.

I can relate to this. My grandfather died of cancer when my dad was only a teenager. I like to think about what a grandfather is supposed to be, wishing for those same stories.

I'm in the same sitch as you man, my grandfather died of cancer long B4 I was even born. But my grandmother still lives, but shes all the way in missasoda.

That's so touching. I was fortunate enough to know my grandparents a long time. They taught me so much about life, what's really important and how to deal with problems we face in life. I would love to listen to their stories. I miss them very much.

When I was little I didn't have an imaginary friend. I had an imaginary army of furries the size of erasers that would live in the garden, in the grass, and in the trees.

I totally agree with what you said about not forgetting your childhood. This picture is very nice, and it depicts your point well. I was hoping you'd draw a fat dragon soon; I was afraid you gave up on them! But, your puppy picture was nice, as well.

Thats is cool ^.'.^ but i can't say i had a imaginary grandfather or friend just relistic dreams that seemed to last as long as a day kinda like jumping between to lives as soon as one falls asleep the other wakes up and to be honest it feels like i'm dreaming now -.'.-
