Dex Entry (thanks to ~BynineB and ~Sephiros-TH ): Common in gardens, Leapest love to eat fresh vegetation. A whole swarm could be disastrous for a farmer's crops. It can jump ten times the height of its own body with its powerful legs and it uses this ability to pounce on unsuspecting opponents.

This grasshopper should evolve into a bug/flying duo. This may not make sense, but they do have wings. It would be good against grass (hence the word grasshopper) and ground (desert locus). Maybe you could give it brown color to hide in deserts better.
