Stalagon (Stalagmite + Dragon)Cave Pokémon
Type: Dragon
Ability: Rock Head
Evolves From: pokeluka.deviantart.com/art/12… (Lv. 30)
Evolves Into: fav.me/d4vs0yb (Lv. 70)
Dex Entry: Stalagon are very quiet Pokémon. They live in caves in groups of two or three and pretend to be a cave formation while they wait evolution. They don't eat anything during this stage.

well yeah, but it only pretends to be a stalagmite, and its shell isn't made of rock, it just has similar color because of camouflage. And about Palkia - i think they're both in similar greyish tones, nothing else is identical.

Quite interesting design.(Note: I'm not talking like Cilan.) This pokemon may recieve twice the damage from ice types but is sincerely a great addition to regions without Ice-type gyms.
