Happy 3rd Anniversary DEX and DAINA!!To celebrate I thought I'd recreate my old picture of the two with their VOCAMERICA models, I had started this sometime last year I believe, probably in celebration of their 2nd anniversary, but never finished it. So I touched it up and reimagined the image with my current rendering style. I definitely think it's an improvement. While I enjoyed my DEX and DAINA edits, they are rather old and dated, but I'll never forget the joy they brought me when AkiGlancy used them in her gorgeous video of her song A Wicked Girl And A Tin Boy . I could never have asked for anything more <3
You know seeing how far these two have come since their debut is awesome. They have a whole concert, lots of fans for a pair of English VOCALOIDs, and they've arguably revolutionized how English VOCALOIDs are made. I'm so proud of them and what they've accomplished. Many have always said: "English VOCALOIDs are bad" or "English VOCALOIDs sound like scratching on a chalkboard" and I really do think that these two have changed many peoples opinions. The amazing work of everyone behind VOCAMERICA have exposed many audiences some of the great producers out there and we have seen so many new fans because of them.
