Description Aaaaaaaand this card is broken. Barrier + Safeguard + Snow Cloak (pending that it's hailing) = MC Hammertales.

To make matters more obscene, A-Ninetales can hit anything within 12 squares, and will absolutely hit you for 60 damage if there's hail in the arena.
