Continued from part 1

*SLAM*
When Thanos charged forward he slammed directly into Bowser, knocking him out of his Clown Car and sending both flying through space. Grabbing Bowser by the throat, he crashed him into the side of one of his ships. Bowser winced in pain. That hit harder than anything dished out before. Bowser began to gather flames in his mouth, but Thanos uppercut his jaw and used the same right hand to hold Bowser's mouth shut, keeping him pinned to the ship at the same time.

Several aircrafts and flying units rushed behind Thanos, prepared to blast him and free Bowser from his grip. Thanos' eyes flashed and he gave a large grin. He turned around and, with a backhanding motion, fired a massive energy beam from his hand, cutting through whoever got close enough to him. Many troops were either blown off their destroyed aircrafts or disintegrated altogether.

Glaring, Bowser grappled Thanos' chest, swung his lower half upward and kicked him in the stomach. The blow caried such force that they were both sent flying above the ship they were next to. Bowser spun around in the air, manipulated their direction and crashed into Thanos, bellyflopping onto the ship's deck and creating a large crack in the wood. He then got up, grabbed Thanos by the leg, spun around and threw him back into space. "Kick 'im while he's down, boys!"

Thanos quickly recovered and heard something behind him. Like a cannon going off. He turned his head. He saw a troop of Koopas riding Bullet Bills like horses. They appeared to be steering their direction, as so they could hit Thanos from all sides.

Thanos' eye twitched and gave a flash.

Every single Bullet Bill shot right past him. Bowser blinked in surprised, but he couldn't process what happened before all the projectiles hit the ship he was standing. *BOOOOOOOM* The ship was filled full of holes and was quick to break apart. Bowser jumped into space and hovered away before he went down with the ship.

Bowser wasn't sure what happened there, but he saw the body of a Koopa Troopa float by, coming from the ship. He grabbed him by the shell and began to shout in his face. "Hey! Whaddaya think you're doing!? You're hitting him, not our own-!"

Bowser's face contorted into one of pure horror when he saw the Koopa's expression: Slack-jawed, blank, and pupils shrunk down to the size of needles.

Bowser felt his breathing get heavy. He wove his hand in front of the Troop's face. No response. He grabbed his shoulder and shook. No response still. He even tried slapping him. No response. He dawned an angry expression. "HEY! ENOUGH LAZING AROUND! GET UP, YA DEAD BEAT!"

Still nothing.

Bowser clenched his fist so hard he felt a scale chip off. "Chinface... What... Did you do... To my men!?"

Thanos hovered over Bowser and adopted a sinister chuckle. He then tapped his noggin with his index finger. "You could say... I freed their mind of thought." He crossed his arms. "I would say it's an improvement."

Bowser's mouth began to smoke and heat up like a furnace. He turned around. With a roar he flew right at Thanos, curling into a shell and spinning like a drill. Thanos grappled the side of the shell to stop it in its tracks. As it stopped, though, Bowser reformed and kicked Thanos in his exposed stomach. Thanos backed away and Bowser spit a fireball at him. Thanos raised his hand up, and some force stopped the fireball, making it float right in front of his open palm. Unexpectedly, however, Bowser threw a fist into the fireball, forcing it to combust.

*BOOM*
Thanos flew back again, exiting from a smoke cloud that had been formed from the explosion. He casually brushed off the fire that had stuck to his left sleeve. He looked up when Bowser flew out of the smoke cloud too. Charging down, he hammered his fists onto Thanos, who crossed his arms to block the attack. With a *SMASH* a shockwave was formed between the two points of impact.

Bowser's mouth gathered flames once more. "I'm gonna roast ya to the bone, chins!"

Thanos grinned. "I could very easily do to you what I did to your men, Koopa."

Bowser's eyes lit up with fury once more. He teleported away and delivered a bone-shattering dropkick to Thanos' side. The Mad Titan was sent flying away once more, right above another ship. Bowser rose his arms into air, adn with a mighty roar he forcefully brought them down. Thanos rose his hand and was about to blast Bowser from a distance... But he felt himself rapidly move down.

"What!?" He landed on the ship feet first, but was quickly pulled down by the sudden surge of gravity overtaking him. "So, the turtle has a few more tricks."

With Thanos held down, Bowser pointed a two finger salute at him. "FIRE AT WILL, BOYS! SEND THAT SHIP TO THE SCRAPWARD!"

With the order given, the entire fleet shot at the ship Thanos was stuck to. Missiles, magic blasts and lasers all turned the ship into a massive fireball. Each attack created another smaller explosion, splitting apart the ship more and more. Yet Thanos held firm. The blasts did little but bruise him, and he continued to shrug them off with little effort.

Thanos managed to to fight the gravity and stand up with shaky legs. "Enough of this." Gathering energy into his hands he held his arms out to his sides. He threw his arms in front of him with a mighty *CLAP* and the energy he produced rippled through space. The shockwave sent the attackers reeling, ending the assault and forcing the ships and aircrafts to move back. Bowser struggled but held firm.

With a grin Thanos flew at Bowser once more. Bowser rose a fist and prepared to collide... But as Thanos reached him he teleported behind him and whacked him in the side with a strong backhand. Bowser slammed into another ship, tipping it over slightly. Thanos teleported again and grabbed the back of his head. He flew and grinded his face along the side of the ship, creating a sizable line-shaped dent in the wood. He then let go for a moment, letting him fly forward before grabbing his leg. He pulled him back, slammed him back into the ship, and then threw him away into space.

In the ship that Bowser's face was just carved into, his henchmen had all temporarily left their battle stations, gathering on the deck to watch the fight. They were trembling in fear. Some were hoping that they would make it through this, but some were clenching their fists and gritting their teeth in anger, wanting so badly to support their King. They had all turned to return to their stations...

... And they froze in terror when they saw the Mad Titan in the center of them all.

"No need to fear," he began as his eyes glowed with yellow energy, "I'm merely hear to have you reconsider your loyalties."

While that was still going on, Bowser was still spinning uncontrollably in space. He entered his shell form and spun like a gyro to recover before returning to his normal state. He shook his head, and both his eyes and mouth flared. He looked up and he could faintly make out a flash of light coming from the ship. He instantly knew who it was. With a snap of his claws, he summoned his Clown Car to fly towards the area quickly. When he got there he pounded his fist into his open palm. "Alright chins, you still wanna-!?"

He immediately froze when he saw his henchmen stand in front of Thanos in a defensive position.

They all had their irises and pupils shrunken until there was nothing but whites. They were all standing from shortest to tallest in a wall formation, with the flyers taking up the top part. But Thanos' grinning face was still visible above them. His glowing eyes made it clear what had happened. Seeing Bowser's hesitation, he chuckled arrogantly. "To think I called you somewhat intelligent. Perhaps you should've kept this between us and only us."

But he was caught off guard when Bowser vanished once more. Before Thanos could think to react, he felt himself punched in the back, in just the right area to actually hurt. With his body in an awkward position, Bowser caught his neck with his right arm and grabbed the top of his head with his left. Thanos was trapped in a good chokehold. "You're right! I should've! I'll make it up to you..."

Bowser warped away again. They were supposedly in a random area of space. He then let go of Thanos and teleported away again, leaving the Mad Titan alone. Thanos took a moment to recover from the blow to the back. The Koopa King must've put all he had into that. Thanos could still feel his presence. He didn't bother looking around.

"By finishing you off with this!"

He more or less knew what to expect.

*stop music*

Turning around, he saw Bowser's fleet a good distance away. They were all lined up horizontally, and in the center was Bowser's battleship. He could still see Bowser with one leg resting on the front of the ship, sporting that malicious toothy grin. Every ship around the battleship seemed to be powering it with some kind of strange energy, and every magic user was pouring all their magic into the ship as well. Thanos wondered where they were going with this...

"I've been waiting to try out this one!"

... But then the Bowser head at the front of the ship opened its mouth. That energy that had been gathered had been concentrated into a sphere shape within the jaw.

Thanos actually chuckled a bit. "Really? Such a primitive form of in space combat. Really, what more could I have expected from you?"

Bowser pointed at Thanos. "What? You gonna back down from a challenge!? You're an ugly purple chinface, but I can tell you're no coward! Take it head on, if you've got what it takes!!!" If not..." He didn't finish that statement, but he made a fist to emphasize his point.

Thanos scoffed. "Usually, I'd not be so foolish to fall for such an obvious taunt." He uncrossed his arms and brought them to his sides, clenching his fists and allowing his tensed muscles to show for a moment. "But alright. I'll humor you're little parlor trick. But I'll warn you now... You had better hit me as hard as you can." He smirked once more. "Are we clear?"

Bowser matched that smirk with one of his own. "Crystal."

As energy began to gather into the battleship once more, the ball of energy kept growing in size. The energy began to swirl until the ball took on a spiral shape in its center. The colored magic from the Kamek's swirled around the ball, having it take on more of a rainbow-ish scheme. It had soon reached a point where the ball of energy had grown too big for the Bowser head's jaw.

Bowser gave a hearty laugh. "Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!" He then brought both his arms to his sides. "But I think we can do one better!"

An electric energy gathered in his hands. He rose both his arms to the sky and a lightning storm shot out uncontrollably in all directions.

The lightning that rang out soon stopped firing wildly and gathered in an arc towars the ball of energy at the Bowser head. The ball had grown even larger and added a bit of white to the color scheme. So powerful was the gathered energy that it released a large shockwave in all directions. The shockwave had reached Thanos' area and he felt the force of the energy.

Thanos laughed. Not in amusement, but in excitement. "HA HA HA HA HA! That's the spirit, Koopa King! I can actually feel that!"

Bowser laughed with him. "Be patient, chinface! Soon the only thing you'll feel is OBLIVION!!!"

Thanos scoffed. "Either that, or disappointment... Flip that coin, why don't you?"

Waving his arm behind him, Bowser commanded his men to take action. "Alright, boys! Prepare to fire 'er up!"

The energy stopped gathering in the sphere. It was spiraling out of control, bits of energy sparking out of it. The size of the orb eclipsed the ship itself. It lit up the vast depths of space more than the stars did.

Thanos didn't move an inch.

Bowser pulled his arm back. "Now! Show Time! GIGA BOWSER BREATH CANNON..." With a large stomp forward, he pointed at the target.

"...FIRE!!!"

The Bowser head finally let loose a MASSIVE beam of energy. The blast was so powerful that the battleship that fired it was pushed back, along with the flying crafts surrounding it. The beam passed several stars along the way, some of which had been blown up only to have their explosions eclipsed. Against any normal opponent, this beam of immense power would've annihilated any evidence of their existence.

Thanos was... Feeling confident.

"Shields up."

... But not that confident.

The Mad Titan once again clenched his fists, momentarily bulging his muscles, before throwing both of his open palms in front of him. He let that be his only line of defense should his shield's fail... He had more than enough.

The beam made contact.

*stop music*

Bowser stared at the beautiful explosion of color with a satisfied smirk. They had been really far away from the explosion. He still felt the shockwave, but not enough to do any harm. He crossed his arms in a casual manner, but truthfully, his heart was beating like mad. That blast had pumped him full of adrenaline. That very fight had excited him to his core. Of course, nothing could match how he felt when fighting with his red-capped nemesis, but this Thanos character sure did come close.

"Your foulness," Said a Kamek that had just flew up to his side. "Our radars are showing no signs of the target. It appears all evidence of his presence was done away with."

"Feh," Bowser let out a breath in acknowledgement, "Well, mission accomplished! All that's left is to take out the rest of his fleet. Then we'll salvage his ship and find that stone." He turned around and rose a fist. "We're heading back, men! And consider the experiment of the Giga Bowser Breath Cannon a complete success!"

All the ships in the fleet began to change course, moving back the the battlefield between Bowser's fleet and Thanos' fleet. From here, it was smooth sailing for Bowser's crew.

...

...

"... I wouldn't call it a complete success."

Shocked beyond words, Bowser quickly turned his head.

"But I'll give you this... It did something."

Before anyone could begin to process what was happening, Thanos clutched Bowser's face and teleported away.

Unknown Planet

*FLASH*
Appearing suddenly, Thanos let go of Bowser's face, dropping him to the ground. The Koopa King rolled away, unstable for a moment, before bouncing slightly and landing on his feet. Panicking, he breathed rapidly and looked around. The planet he was on was... Barren. There was nothing on it. A few pillars of stone and some mountains in the distance, maybe. But aside from that, the sky was red and bleak, and the ground was brown and devoid of life. It looked more like a generic layout of a planet than an actual planet.

Steadying his breathing, Bowser began to calm down. He looked at Thanos - now in a ragged and damaged version of his armor - with a fiery glare. "Wha- You're still alive!?!?!? How!? No one should've been able to survive that!!!"

Thanos smiled. Not a grin. Not a smirk. An honest to The One Above All smile... Truthfully, it was terrifying.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you I've survived worse," Thanos began. "But not without a scratch. And I must say... That hurt. Truly, it did." He wiped some blood from beneath his nose to emphasize his point. "Look at me. Actually wounded. Perhaps you feel proud that you were able to accomplish this. You should. Not many have that honor." He clenched his fists and widened his stance, showing off his wounds. "In other words, you've handicapped me. Seems like a perfect opportunity to destroy me, wouldn't you say?"

Bowser raised an eyebrow at first... But then he smiled. "So you're throwin' yerself in front of me t'get killed again, eh? Well, I ain't gonna stop ya!" He opened his fists and tensed his muscles, releasing claws from his fingers. His mouth burned like a furnace again. "But I do feel a little dirty. I don't usually condone suicide."

Thanos laughed out loud. "You're quite the comedian, but you don't seem to understand. This isn't me giving you my life." He gathered energy into his fists. Then he went further and surrounded his entire body with energy.

"I'm simply making the fight fair."

Both titans crouched with their arms at their sides. For a moment, only their intimidating aura's spoke to each other... Then a small rock cracked off a pillar.

The warriors rushed at each other at full sprint. Both pulled their fists back, Thanos trailing yellow energy and Bowser trailing red fire. Once they reached each other, they both stomped to a halt, creating a crack in the ground beneath them, and threw their fists forward, their punches colliding.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

Both fighters slid back a good distance in a crouching position. Thanos rose up and fired a blast of energy from both his hands. Bowser ran around him to avoid the blast, but Thanos trailed after him. Bowser hopped and entered his shell form, spinning like a top and closing in on Thanos from below. Thanos was prepared and rose his foot, stomping on the shell as it reached his feet and stopping it in its tracks. From his higher position he fired beams of energy from his eyes, but before he could hit, Bowser teleported behind and above him, throwing down a hammerfist on his head.. He then grabbed Thanos by the back and threw him over his head, tossing him into a pillar.

Thanos picked himself up from the ground and saw Bowser charging at him again. He grinned. He reached a hand behind him and placed it on the pillar. He let dark magic flow through his hand and create something from the stone. Suddenly, a chunk of rock was missing form the pillar and he threw a spear at Bowser.

"What the-!?" Bowser was caught off guard and couldn't stop it from scratching his shoulder. He looked up to see Thanos create more spears from the stone. he thrust his hands forward and sent them flying at the Koopa King. Bowser retreated into his shell and spun rapidly, deflecting the spear barrage, all the while moving forward.

Thanos placed both is hands on the ground, sending energy through the planet surface. As Bowser kept moving, he was eventually stopped when stone columns rose from the ground and stopped the spinning shell once again. Seeing his opportunity Thanos charged forward, pulling an energy filled fist back once more. He reached Bowser and threw his fist forward-

*CRACK*
-Or he would've if another fist hadn't suddenly appeared out of nowhere and delivered a bone-shattering blow to Thanos' jaw. Thanos was sent tumbling across the ground, rolling awkwardly before he dug his hand into the dirt to stop himself.

Thanos looked up to identify the assailant. To his shock, Thanos saw another Bowser freeing the first from the stone pillar trap. As Thanos pushed himself up, Bowser was soon freed. The first Bowser pulled out one object in each hand. They appeared to be two blue leafed cherries with... eyes. The second Bowser pulled out one more. Both crushed the cherries in their hands. Soon, Thanos found himself stared down by five Bowsers.

The Titan grinned. "Well. The scales seemed slightly more balanced, don't they?"

Thanos disappeared and reappeared behind the Bowser in the center, grabbing the back of his head and slamming his face into the floor. Bowsers 2 and 3 spun into their shells and tried to drill into Thanos, but he caught both with each hand. Bowser 4 dashed up to Thanos and delivered an uppercut to his stomach, which sent him flying upward. Bowser 5 grinned and sent a large fireball at the airborne Titan, which landed a direct hit.

*BOOM*
The blast sent the area where Thanos was up in smoke. It did little to deter him, however, as he soon dropped down onto the ground. The Bowsers hovered in the air and quickly circled Thanos. They all began to heat up their fire breathe. Thanos grinned. "That was your first big mistake."

All the surrounding Bowsers shot a stream of fire at Thanos. It made direct contact, alright, but they soon found it to be doing nothing. Thanos was making use of his power and absorbing the firestorm that threatened to burn him alive. The longer they attacked, the stronger he got. Soon, Thanos' body became surrounded in a fiery aura. Dawning an evil smile, he slammed his fists together.

*FOOM*
The fire burst around the surrounding area, blowing back all the Bowsers. Before any of them could recover, Thanos shot forward and grabbed Bowser 5 by the mouth. Channeling his black magic, he siphened the energy from Bowser, who struggled, but all for naught. His struggles became weaker and weaker until his arm eventually fell to his side, dead as a doorknob.

Thanos felt himself rejuvinated somewhat, taking a deep breathe. "So, these clones have their own life force." He grinned once more. "Therefore, that was your second big mistake."

A Bowser leaped up into the air and tried to bring down a hammerfist onto Thanos' head. Thanos quickly turned around and rose an arm, catching the attack effortlessly. Another Bowser tried to sweep from below with a spinning shell, but Thanos rose a foot and stepped on it, stopping it again. A third Bowser tried to throw a powerful punch at the center. Thanos spoke "Shields up" and pushed all the surrounding Bowsers back.

Thanos sensed the fourth Bowser behind him. He turned to se him heating him up his maw once more. Thanos walked forward. Bowser shot a stream of fire once more. *FOOM* This time, however, Thanos simply rose a hand and absorbed the fire breath coming at him. Stubbornly, Bowser kept spitting fire, but Thanos kept walking forward with his arm raised. Eventually, Thanos teleported and reappeared behind Bowser, gripping his head and quickly draining his life force.

Thanos turned around to see the remaining three Bowsers lined up and ready to attack. Thanos grinned and rose both his arms. He beckoned with all of his fingers, as if saying "Come on." All of them growled. The two on the sides charged towards him, while the one in the middle jumped high in the air.

Both Bowser's tried to punch him from either side and Thanos simply leaned back, causing both to stumble and lose their balance. He then gripped both their heads and slammed them together. They both stumbled back, dizzied by the hit. Thanos threw his hands forward, rose them, then clapped them together. Two stone walls spawned from the ground and sandwiched the two Bowsers between them.

Both Bowsers pushed against the stone walls and got them off themselves, sliding them through the ground. Steering the walls, they both rushed towards Thanos and attempted to crush him. The attempt failed. When they got near him, Thanos threw his fists out and smashed both walls to pieces. He then reached forward and grabbed the Bowsers by their muzzles. He then threw his weight forward and with a *CRACK* destroyed the ground beneath them along with their skulls.

From their, it didn't take long to suck away their life force.

Thanos could feel the energy flow through him. He smiled to himself a little and let power seep out from his eyes and hands. He really couldn't describe the feeling of being powered by four Bowsers at once. You had to feel it for yourself.

Now all that was left was...

Thanos looked up. Above him, all the way from space, he saw Bowser. He was charging down from the sky shoulder first and approaching rapidly. He was engulfed in fire, like a giant turtle meteor. In fact, he was spewing fire to form around himself and increase his power further. And he was approaching fast. Ready for impact right. On. Top. Of. Thanos.

"I'M GONNA SMASH YA INTA SPACE BITS, CHINFACE!!!"
Thanos smirked. "And that was your third big mistake."

With an unrivaled velocity, Bowser hit the planet.

KRA-KA-BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

Not even the ever so distant ships in the battlefield could ignore that.

*end music*

Very little remained of the planet. Well, at least in comparison. All that was left was a series of scattered, floating rocks. Most of them were still confined to a lingering gravitational field, so one could tell that they used to be a part of something. Aside from that, though, none of the planet remained that was, well, actually a planet. But there did remain something. A yellow, red, white and green monster still engulfed in flames.

None other than Bowser, laughing maniacally over his accomplishment.

"GWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" He laughed, "I did it! I took that stupid chinface down! It took an entire fleet, a giant laser, and blowing up a planet to do it, BUT I DID IT!" He continued to gloat as he pumped his fists into the air, then flexed his muscles. "No one can stand up to BIG BAD BOWSER!!!"

As he continued to laugh and gloat in blissful ignorance, he couldn't hear the blinking noise of teleportation right behind him.

"Have you now?" came a familiar voice. "Because it seems to me like you've just lost your footing."

Bowser turned around in shock, barely able to believe that Thanos was still alive. And while he still looked ragged, it seemed like he hadn't taken any more physical damage from the planet's explosion. Really!? After all that!? He couldn't be that much of a tank... Could he?

Little did the Koopa King know that Thanos had teleported away as soon as Bowser hit the ground. He internally smiled.

Even still, Bowser instinctively turned around to fight again, only to start flailing in space. He had actually gotten so used to standing on solid ground for a moment that he didn't realize that he was floating and lost his footing. Thanos used a similar strategy on a similar opponent, but this time he knew it wouldn't work for long. Bowser began to hover and grinned. "Hah! Did'ja forget that I could fly? Thought'cha were supposed to be smart. But I ain't don wit'chu yet, chins! I can still-" As he was speaking, he slammed his fist into his open palm.

Something in there gave a *SNAP*.

Bowser winced and clutched his left arm. "What the- OW!" He suddenly lost all his bravado when a sharp pain went through his arm and wouldn't go away.Where did that come from? Had Thanos done something to him? If so, when and what?

In his distraction, he couldn't stop Thanos from gripping him by the neck. The Titan was smiling evilly. "That was your fourth big mistake. Perhaps you shouldn't have rammed your shoulder into the planet at maximum velocity."Bowser growled at him but couldn't do much else. Thanos them put his hand up to his face. "This is over. Suffice in knowing that your power will be put to good use."

Thanos began to drain away Bowser's life force. That's when they both knew that his was it. The battle was over...

...

...

...

... Except not quite.

As soon as Thanos began to drain away Bowser's life, they both felt something pull on them. Confused, they both took a moment to divert their attention. Thanos let go and they both looked to where the center of the planet once was. That's where they were being pulled to. They couldn't see anything there, at first. As in, there was literally nothing there. There was this one area where they couldn't even see stars. It was just an empty black void.

An empty black void.

Empty... Black... Void...

Oh.

"Is that...?" Bowser began to ask.

Thanos nodded. "Yes. Yes it is."

*THOOOOOOOM*

The suddenly appearing black hole grew in size just as quickly. It only took a second to become rather massive. Both Bowser and Thanos had to pull back, struggling not to get sucked in. The remains of the planet were not so fortunate. They crumbled into dust upon approaching the void. Any that came into contact with them were either smashed by the shell or the force field. Soon there would be nothing left.

"What in the-!?" Bowser began, "WHERE DID THAT THING COME FROM!?!?"

"Nowhere logical!" responded Thanos, "but gods of fate have twisted senses of humor. I suppose someone wasn't done with us."

They both hovered in place. As the black hole expanded, they had to keep pulling back with more and more effort. Unsurprisingly, Bowser was the first to make a move. Grinning, he spoke under his breath. "In that case..." He then lunged to the side and grabbed Thanos. "THEY'LL BE DONE WITH YOU, FIRST!!!" He threw his arms to the and and Thanos was thrown into the black hole.

On some level, however, Thanos expected this. He quickly spun around and grappled Bowser's leg. Bowser was pulled in with him. Bot were far too close to fly away from the black hole. All they could do was let themselves get sucked in.

But they weren't quite done yet.

They both gripped each other by the shoulders and tumbled into the black hole. Bowser headbutted Thanos and used his fire breath to push him away. Thanos threw his hand in front of him and used some invisible force to pull Bowser back in. Bowser reached Thanos nd swiped a claw in his face, leaving a bleeding mark. Thanos threw an arm in his face, but Bowser leaned back before sinking his teeth into the arm. Thanos barked in pain and attempted to shake him of. Bowser persisted and continued to rip away the arm like a mad dog. Blood began to fly away into the black hole.

Thanos used his free hand to bash away at Bowser's eye. The eye swelled, but Bowser held firm. Gritting his teeth, Thanos karate chopped Bowser's left arm, causing him to howl in pain and let go. Thanos used both feet and kicked Bowser in the stomach to get him away. Before he could get pulled back in, Thanos shot energy from both his hands to keep him away. Bowser threw both his hands in front of him to try to push the blast back. The combined force of the black hole and heat of the blast began to rip his skin away. Soon, his arms were reduced to bone.

Bowser teleported behind Thanos. He swung his left hand, but Thanos was prepared and quickly turned around. Their fists collided and created a force that could be felt even within the black hole. Unfortunately, that straw broke the camel's back, and Bowser's boney arm was smashed off, sucked into the black hole.

Bowser didn't begin to give up. He threw his remaining arm forward and created a sizable claw mark on Thanos' face, blinding him. Thanos threw a punch with Bowser caught, and Bowser lunged forward. He sunk his teeth into Thanos' shoulder and bit off a good chunk of flesh. Thanos cried out in pain before sucking it up and throwing his right arm into Bowser's gut. King Koopa was winded, and the color of his shell went from green and yellow to a lava like black and red. Thanos grabbed at Bowser's chest before pulling away, ripping off more flesh and revealing a massive rib cage.

Both continued to exchange brutal hits. Punches, headbutts and kicks, each blow tore away a bit from the other combatant. They were now in the dead center of the black hole, and they could feel their bodies being pulled apart. Each attack felt all the more damaging due to its influence. A slash across Thanos' torso opened up to a much bigger wound. A punch to side of Bowser's jaw tore off half his face. A jab at Thanos' stomach left a bloody hole all the way through. A knee to Bowser's own stomach caused a mass of flesh to explode.

Eventually, Thanos was a ragged, bloody mass of flesh, and Bowser was half skeleton. Thanos took a swing which Bowser leaned away from. The Koopa King saw his opportunity. He spun around and the spikes on his shell grew, leaving a massive series of slashed across Thanos' body. completing his spin, he kicked Thanos in the side and sent him flying away. He aimed at the Mad Titan and shot a massive stream of fire, colored a mix of red and blue.

Thanos caught himself from his awkward tumble and crossed his arms in front of him. The flames hit him dead on and continued to burn away at his already gravely damaged skin. Thanos' rage increased and he fired energy from his eyes. The blast matched Bowser's flames, creating a beam struggle that lit up the black hole they were in. As they continued to unleash their power, the black hole only grew bigger and bigger.

Bowser suddenly grabbed two cherries from hammerspace and crushed them, creating two more identical Bowsers. They also shot streams of fire from their mouths, swirling around the one in the center before meeting at the point of collision. The added power pushed back Thanos' laser vision. Bowser now had the upper hand.

Thanos grit his teeth and threw his hands to his sides. He gathered up all the cosmic power he could from within him. He clenched his fists and they sparked with power. He then threw his arms forward. With a roar he shot energy from his hands to add to the beam struggle.

It didn't take long for Thanos' added power to overwhelm Bowsers. The flames were pushed back further and further until there was nothing left of Bowser's fire. Bowser's body was hit right in the chest and fanned out to both sides, annihilating the Bowser clones. Bowser had to raise his arm in front of him in a futile attempt to lessen the power. Unfortunately for him, Thanos put all he had behind the blast. Bowser couldn't stop his flesh from being ripped away, reducing him to bones as the beam overshadowed his body, shooting past him and out of the black hole.

"Grrraaaahhhhh..." Bowser growled out, "Stupid... Chin... Face..." Soon all his flesh had burned away, and he had been reduced to nothing but a skeleton. like this, his eyes glowed red, and in his helpless position he could only roar. "RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Thanos shot forward. "This is your end." He continued to blast Bowser as he fast approached him. Even with nothing left to do, the Turtle Tyrant held firm and continued to roar at Thanos. Thanos was soon right next to Bowser, firing a blast right into his ribcage. They floated face to face growling at each other. Thanos eventually stopped firing, but still gathered all of his energy into his fists before gripping them together and raising them above his head. "Do us both a favor and stay dead!"

With all the force he could muster, he hammered down.

*SMASH*
*end music*

With a mighty blow to the head, Bowser's skeleton flew apart. The light faded from his eyes. Every piece floated helplessly in space before being suck away by the black hole, surely to be ripped apart further.

Thanos hovered in place, panting and catching his breath as the void continued to rip his body apart. He looked into where the skeleton was being sucked away. Then he turned around. "You were indeed a worthy foe. May Death grant you peace."

He then teleported away.

In the void that Thanos just left, Bowser's bones were still being swallowed up. But apparently Thanos underestimated his skeletal structure. For the black hole was not ripping the bones apart. They just spun in place. Rather then being taken apart... The opposite happened.

Fighting the force of the black hole, the bones gathered in the same place. When they found each other, they rearranged. The rib cage was placed under the jaw, place under the skull. The arm bones were lined up, and the finger bones gathered around the hands. The tail was placed under the shell, as were the legs and feet. Once that was done, the bones reconnected...

*click*

One by one...

*clack*

Until a being was created...

*pop*

And a body was formed...

*snap*

Still, the skeletal structure remained unmoving... But then something else came. Something that lost its way in space and somehow, someway, found its way to this black hole. Found its way to Bowser. It's as if the two were drawn to each other. Or perhaps it simply wanted Bowser to win, and chose this moment to intervene. Either way, it slowly made its way towards the skeleton...

The glowing crimson gem made its way into Bowser's rib cage, fitting right where the heart would be.

...

... The skulls eyes flashed red.

Bowser VS Thanos: The Finale... All attention was diverted from work when Thanos suddenly teleported into his battleship.

"Master!" One of his henchmen ran up to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. He was on one knee with a fist to the floor. His outfit was torn apart and he was bleeding everywhere, his body covered in holes, bruises, tears, scrapes and slash wounds. An entire chunk of flesh was missing from his shoulder. His right eye was swollen and had a bloody scratch across it. He was even missing a few teeth, further contributing to the blood vomit spilling across the floor.

In short, he looked more damaged than any would think to be possible.

*SLAM*
When Thanos charged forward he slammed directly into Bowser, knocking him out of his Clown Car and sending both flying through space. Grabbing Bowser by the throat, he crashed him into the side of one of his ships. Bowser winced in pain. That hit harder than anything dished out before. Bowser began to gather flames in his mouth, but Thanos uppercut his jaw and used the same right hand to hold Bowser's mouth shut, keeping him pinned to the ship at the same time.

Several aircrafts and flying units rushed behind Thanos, prepared to blast him and free Bowser from his grip. Thanos' eyes flashed and he gave a large grin. He turned around and, with a backhanding motion, fired a massive energy beam from his hand, cutting through whoever got close enough to him. Many troops were either blown off their destroyed aircrafts or disintegrated altogether.

Glaring, Bowser grappled Thanos' chest, swung his lower half upward and kicked him in the stomach. The blow caried such force that they were both sent flying above the ship they were next to. Bowser spun around in the air, manipulated their direction and crashed into Thanos, bellyflopping onto the ship's deck and creating a large crack in the wood. He then got up, grabbed Thanos by the leg, spun around and threw him back into space. "Kick 'im while he's down, boys!"

Thanos quickly recovered and heard something behind him. Like a cannon going off. He turned his head. He saw a troop of Koopas riding Bullet Bills like horses. They appeared to be steering their direction, as so they could hit Thanos from all sides.

Thanos' eye twitched and gave a flash.

Every single Bullet Bill shot right past him. Bowser blinked in surprised, but he couldn't process what happened before all the projectiles hit the ship he was standing. *BOOOOOOOM* The ship was filled full of holes and was quick to break apart. Bowser jumped into space and hovered away before he went down with the ship.

Bowser wasn't sure what happened there, but he saw the body of a Koopa Troopa float by, coming from the ship. He grabbed him by the shell and began to shout in his face. "Hey! Whaddaya think you're doing!? You're hitting him, not our own-!"

Bowser's face contorted into one of pure horror when he saw the Koopa's expression: Slack-jawed, blank, and pupils shrunk down to the size of needles.

Bowser felt his breathing get heavy. He wove his hand in front of the Troop's face. No response. He grabbed his shoulder and shook. No response still. He even tried slapping him. No response. He dawned an angry expression. "HEY! ENOUGH LAZING AROUND! GET UP, YA DEAD BEAT!"

Still nothing.

Bowser clenched his fist so hard he felt a scale chip off. "Chinface... What... Did you do... To my men!?"

Thanos hovered over Bowser and adopted a sinister chuckle. He then tapped his noggin with his index finger. "You could say... I freed their mind of thought." He crossed his arms. "I would say it's an improvement."

Bowser's mouth began to smoke and heat up like a furnace. He turned around. With a roar he flew right at Thanos, curling into a shell and spinning like a drill. Thanos grappled the side of the shell to stop it in its tracks. As it stopped, though, Bowser reformed and kicked Thanos in his exposed stomach. Thanos backed away and Bowser spit a fireball at him. Thanos raised his hand up, and some force stopped the fireball, making it float right in front of his open palm. Unexpectedly, however, Bowser threw a fist into the fireball, forcing it to combust.

*BOOM*
Thanos flew back again, exiting from a smoke cloud that had been formed from the explosion. He casually brushed off the fire that had stuck to his left sleeve. He looked up when Bowser flew out of the smoke cloud too. Charging down, he hammered his fists onto Thanos, who crossed his arms to block the attack. With a *SMASH* a shockwave was formed between the two points of impact.

Bowser's mouth gathered flames once more. "I'm gonna roast ya to the bone, chins!"

Thanos grinned. "I could very easily do to you what I did to your men, Koopa."

Bowser's eyes lit up with fury once more. He teleported away and delivered a bone-shattering dropkick to Thanos' side. The Mad Titan was sent flying away once more, right above another ship. Bowser rose his arms into air, adn with a mighty roar he forcefully brought them down. Thanos rose his hand and was about to blast Bowser from a distance... But he felt himself rapidly move down.

"What!?" He landed on the ship feet first, but was quickly pulled down by the sudden surge of gravity overtaking him. "So, the turtle has a few more tricks."

With Thanos held down, Bowser pointed a two finger salute at him. "FIRE AT WILL, BOYS! SEND THAT SHIP TO THE SCRAPWARD!"

With the order given, the entire fleet shot at the ship Thanos was stuck to. Missiles, magic blasts and lasers all turned the ship into a massive fireball. Each attack created another smaller explosion, splitting apart the ship more and more. Yet Thanos held firm. The blasts did little but bruise him, and he continued to shrug them off with little effort.

Thanos managed to to fight the gravity and stand up with shaky legs. "Enough of this." Gathering energy into his hands he held his arms out to his sides. He threw his arms in front of him with a mighty *CLAP* and the energy he produced rippled through space. The shockwave sent the attackers reeling, ending the assault and forcing the ships and aircrafts to move back. Bowser struggled but held firm.

With a grin Thanos flew at Bowser once more. Bowser rose a fist and prepared to collide... But as Thanos reached him he teleported behind him and whacked him in the side with a strong backhand. Bowser slammed into another ship, tipping it over slightly. Thanos teleported again and grabbed the back of his head. He flew and grinded his face along the side of the ship, creating a sizable line-shaped dent in the wood. He then let go for a moment, letting him fly forward before grabbing his leg. He pulled him back, slammed him back into the ship, and then threw him away into space.

In the ship that Bowser's face was just carved into, his henchmen had all temporarily left their battle stations, gathering on the deck to watch the fight. They were trembling in fear. Some were hoping that they would make it through this, but some were clenching their fists and gritting their teeth in anger, wanting so badly to support their King. They had all turned to return to their stations...

... And they froze in terror when they saw the Mad Titan in the center of them all.

"No need to fear," he began as his eyes glowed with yellow energy, "I'm merely hear to have you reconsider your loyalties."

While that was still going on, Bowser was still spinning uncontrollably in space. He entered his shell form and spun like a gyro to recover before returning to his normal state. He shook his head, and both his eyes and mouth flared. He looked up and he could faintly make out a flash of light coming from the ship. He instantly knew who it was. With a snap of his claws, he summoned his Clown Car to fly towards the area quickly. When he got there he pounded his fist into his open palm. "Alright chins, you still wanna-!?"

He immediately froze when he saw his henchmen stand in front of Thanos in a defensive position.

They all had their irises and pupils shrunken until there was nothing but whites. They were all standing from shortest to tallest in a wall formation, with the flyers taking up the top part. But Thanos' grinning face was still visible above them. His glowing eyes made it clear what had happened. Seeing Bowser's hesitation, he chuckled arrogantly. "To think I called you somewhat intelligent. Perhaps you should've kept this between us and only us."

But he was caught off guard when Bowser vanished once more. Before Thanos could think to react, he felt himself punched in the back, in just the right area to actually hurt. With his body in an awkward position, Bowser caught his neck with his right arm and grabbed the top of his head with his left. Thanos was trapped in a good chokehold. "You're right! I should've! I'll make it up to you..."

Bowser warped away again. They were supposedly in a random area of space. He then let go of Thanos and teleported away again, leaving the Mad Titan alone. Thanos took a moment to recover from the blow to the back. The Koopa King must've put all he had into that. Thanos could still feel his presence. He didn't bother looking around.

"By finishing you off with this!"

He more or less knew what to expect.

*stop music*

Turning around, he saw Bowser's fleet a good distance away. They were all lined up horizontally, and in the center was Bowser's battleship. He could still see Bowser with one leg resting on the front of the ship, sporting that malicious toothy grin. Every ship around the battleship seemed to be powering it with some kind of strange energy, and every magic user was pouring all their magic into the ship as well. Thanos wondered where they were going with this...

"I've been waiting to try out this one!"

... But then the Bowser head at the front of the ship opened its mouth. That energy that had been gathered had been concentrated into a sphere shape within the jaw.

Thanos actually chuckled a bit. "Really? Such a primitive form of in space combat. Really, what more could I have expected from you?"

Bowser pointed at Thanos. "What? You gonna back down from a challenge!? You're an ugly purple chinface, but I can tell you're no coward! Take it head on, if you've got what it takes!!!" If not..." He didn't finish that statement, but he made a fist to emphasize his point.

Thanos scoffed. "Usually, I'd not be so foolish to fall for such an obvious taunt." He uncrossed his arms and brought them to his sides, clenching his fists and allowing his tensed muscles to show for a moment. "But alright. I'll humor you're little parlor trick. But I'll warn you now... You had better hit me as hard as you can." He smirked once more. "Are we clear?"

Bowser matched that smirk with one of his own. "Crystal."

As energy began to gather into the battleship once more, the ball of energy kept growing in size. The energy began to swirl until the ball took on a spiral shape in its center. The colored magic from the Kamek's swirled around the ball, having it take on more of a rainbow-ish scheme. It had soon reached a point where the ball of energy had grown too big for the Bowser head's jaw.

Bowser gave a hearty laugh. "Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!" He then brought both his arms to his sides. "But I think we can do one better!"

An electric energy gathered in his hands. He rose both his arms to the sky and a lightning storm shot out uncontrollably in all directions.

The lightning that rang out soon stopped firing wildly and gathered in an arc towars the ball of energy at the Bowser head. The ball had grown even larger and added a bit of white to the color scheme. So powerful was the gathered energy that it released a large shockwave in all directions. The shockwave had reached Thanos' area and he felt the force of the energy.

Thanos laughed. Not in amusement, but in excitement. "HA HA HA HA HA! That's the spirit, Koopa King! I can actually feel that!"

Bowser laughed with him. "Be patient, chinface! Soon the only thing you'll feel is OBLIVION!!!"

Thanos scoffed. "Either that, or disappointment... Flip that coin, why don't you?"

Waving his arm behind him, Bowser commanded his men to take action. "Alright, boys! Prepare to fire 'er up!"

The energy stopped gathering in the sphere. It was spiraling out of control, bits of energy sparking out of it. The size of the orb eclipsed the ship itself. It lit up the vast depths of space more than the stars did.

Thanos didn't move an inch.

Bowser pulled his arm back. "Now! Show Time! GIGA BOWSER BREATH CANNON..." With a large stomp forward, he pointed at the target.

"...FIRE!!!"

The Bowser head finally let loose a MASSIVE beam of energy. The blast was so powerful that the battleship that fired it was pushed back, along with the flying crafts surrounding it. The beam passed several stars along the way, some of which had been blown up only to have their explosions eclipsed. Against any normal opponent, this beam of immense power would've annihilated any evidence of their existence.

Thanos was... Feeling confident.

"Shields up."

... But not that confident.

The Mad Titan once again clenched his fists, momentarily bulging his muscles, before throwing both of his open palms in front of him. He let that be his only line of defense should his shield's fail... He had more than enough.

The beam made contact.

*stop music*

Bowser stared at the beautiful explosion of color with a satisfied smirk. They had been really far away from the explosion. He still felt the shockwave, but not enough to do any harm. He crossed his arms in a casual manner, but truthfully, his heart was beating like mad. That blast had pumped him full of adrenaline. That very fight had excited him to his core. Of course, nothing could match how he felt when fighting with his red-capped nemesis, but this Thanos character sure did come close.

"Your foulness," Said a Kamek that had just flew up to his side. "Our radars are showing no signs of the target. It appears all evidence of his presence was done away with."

"Feh," Bowser let out a breath in acknowledgement, "Well, mission accomplished! All that's left is to take out the rest of his fleet. Then we'll salvage his ship and find that stone." He turned around and rose a fist. "We're heading back, men! And consider the experiment of the Giga Bowser Breath Cannon a complete success!"

All the ships in the fleet began to change course, moving back the the battlefield between Bowser's fleet and Thanos' fleet. From here, it was smooth sailing for Bowser's crew.

...

"... I wouldn't call it a complete success."

Shocked beyond words, Bowser quickly turned his head.

"But I'll give you this... It did something."

Before anyone could begin to process what was happening, Thanos clutched Bowser's face and teleported away.

Unknown Planet

*FLASH*
Appearing suddenly, Thanos let go of Bowser's face, dropping him to the ground. The Koopa King rolled away, unstable for a moment, before bouncing slightly and landing on his feet. Panicking, he breathed rapidly and looked around. The planet he was on was... Barren. There was nothing on it. A few pillars of stone and some mountains in the distance, maybe. But aside from that, the sky was red and bleak, and the ground was brown and devoid of life. It looked more like a generic layout of a planet than an actual planet.

Steadying his breathing, Bowser began to calm down. He looked at Thanos - now in a ragged and damaged version of his armor - with a fiery glare. "Wha- You're still alive!?!?!? How!? No one should've been able to survive that!!!"

Thanos smiled. Not a grin. Not a smirk. An honest to The One Above All smile... Truthfully, it was terrifying.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you I've survived worse," Thanos began. "But not without a scratch. And I must say... That hurt. Truly, it did." He wiped some blood from beneath his nose to emphasize his point. "Look at me. Actually wounded. Perhaps you feel proud that you were able to accomplish this. You should. Not many have that honor." He clenched his fists and widened his stance, showing off his wounds. "In other words, you've handicapped me. Seems like a perfect opportunity to destroy me, wouldn't you say?"

Bowser raised an eyebrow at first... But then he smiled. "So you're throwin' yerself in front of me t'get killed again, eh? Well, I ain't gonna stop ya!" He opened his fists and tensed his muscles, releasing claws from his fingers. His mouth burned like a furnace again. "But I do feel a little dirty. I don't usually condone suicide."

Thanos laughed out loud. "You're quite the comedian, but you don't seem to understand. This isn't me giving you my life." He gathered energy into his fists. Then he went further and surrounded his entire body with energy.

"I'm simply making the fight fair."

Both titans crouched with their arms at their sides. For a moment, only their intimidating aura's spoke to each other... Then a small rock cracked off a pillar.

The warriors rushed at each other at full sprint. Both pulled their fists back, Thanos trailing yellow energy and Bowser trailing red fire. Once they reached each other, they both stomped to a halt, creating a crack in the ground beneath them, and threw their fists forward, their punches colliding.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

Both fighters slid back a good distance in a crouching position. Thanos rose up and fired a blast of energy from both his hands. Bowser ran around him to avoid the blast, but Thanos trailed after him. Bowser hopped and entered his shell form, spinning like a top and closing in on Thanos from below. Thanos was prepared and rose his foot, stomping on the shell as it reached his feet and stopping it in its tracks. From his higher position he fired beams of energy from his eyes, but before he could hit, Bowser teleported behind and above him, throwing down a hammerfist on his head.. He then grabbed Thanos by the back and threw him over his head, tossing him into a pillar.

Thanos picked himself up from the ground and saw Bowser charging at him again. He grinned. He reached a hand behind him and placed it on the pillar. He let dark magic flow through his hand and create something from the stone. Suddenly, a chunk of rock was missing form the pillar and he threw a spear at Bowser.

"What the-!?" Bowser was caught off guard and couldn't stop it from scratching his shoulder. He looked up to see Thanos create more spears from the stone. he thrust his hands forward and sent them flying at the Koopa King. Bowser retreated into his shell and spun rapidly, deflecting the spear barrage, all the while moving forward.

Thanos placed both is hands on the ground, sending energy through the planet surface. As Bowser kept moving, he was eventually stopped when stone columns rose from the ground and stopped the spinning shell once again. Seeing his opportunity Thanos charged forward, pulling an energy filled fist back once more. He reached Bowser and threw his fist forward-

*CRACK*
-Or he would've if another fist hadn't suddenly appeared out of nowhere and delivered a bone-shattering blow to Thanos' jaw. Thanos was sent tumbling across the ground, rolling awkwardly before he dug his hand into the dirt to stop himself.

Thanos looked up to identify the assailant. To his shock, Thanos saw another Bowser freeing the first from the stone pillar trap. As Thanos pushed himself up, Bowser was soon freed. The first Bowser pulled out one object in each hand. They appeared to be two blue leafed cherries with... eyes. The second Bowser pulled out one more. Both crushed the cherries in their hands. Soon, Thanos found himself stared down by five Bowsers.

The Titan grinned. "Well. The scales seemed slightly more balanced, don't they?"

Thanos disappeared and reappeared behind the Bowser in the center, grabbing the back of his head and slamming his face into the floor. Bowsers 2 and 3 spun into their shells and tried to drill into Thanos, but he caught both with each hand. Bowser 4 dashed up to Thanos and delivered an uppercut to his stomach, which sent him flying upward. Bowser 5 grinned and sent a large fireball at the airborne Titan, which landed a direct hit.

*BOOM*
The blast sent the area where Thanos was up in smoke. It did little to deter him, however, as he soon dropped down onto the ground. The Bowsers hovered in the air and quickly circled Thanos. They all began to heat up their fire breathe. Thanos grinned. "That was your first big mistake."

All the surrounding Bowsers shot a stream of fire at Thanos. It made direct contact, alright, but they soon found it to be doing nothing. Thanos was making use of his power and absorbing the firestorm that threatened to burn him alive. The longer they attacked, the stronger he got. Soon, Thanos' body became surrounded in a fiery aura. Dawning an evil smile, he slammed his fists together.

*FOOM*
The fire burst around the surrounding area, blowing back all the Bowsers. Before any of them could recover, Thanos shot forward and grabbed Bowser 5 by the mouth. Channeling his black magic, he siphened the energy from Bowser, who struggled, but all for naught. His struggles became weaker and weaker until his arm eventually fell to his side, dead as a doorknob.

Thanos felt himself rejuvinated somewhat, taking a deep breathe. "So, these clones have their own life force." He grinned once more. "Therefore, that was your second big mistake."

A Bowser leaped up into the air and tried to bring down a hammerfist onto Thanos' head. Thanos quickly turned around and rose an arm, catching the attack effortlessly. Another Bowser tried to sweep from below with a spinning shell, but Thanos rose a foot and stepped on it, stopping it again. A third Bowser tried to throw a powerful punch at the center. Thanos spoke "Shields up" and pushed all the surrounding Bowsers back.

Thanos sensed the fourth Bowser behind him. He turned to se him heating him up his maw once more. Thanos walked forward. Bowser shot a stream of fire once more. *FOOM* This time, however, Thanos simply rose a hand and absorbed the fire breath coming at him. Stubbornly, Bowser kept spitting fire, but Thanos kept walking forward with his arm raised. Eventually, Thanos teleported and reappeared behind Bowser, gripping his head and quickly draining his life force.

Thanos turned around to see the remaining three Bowsers lined up and ready to attack. Thanos grinned and rose both his arms. He beckoned with all of his fingers, as if saying "Come on." All of them growled. The two on the sides charged towards him, while the one in the middle jumped high in the air.

Both Bowser's tried to punch him from either side and Thanos simply leaned back, causing both to stumble and lose their balance. He then gripped both their heads and slammed them together. They both stumbled back, dizzied by the hit. Thanos threw his hands forward, rose them, then clapped them together. Two stone walls spawned from the ground and sandwiched the two Bowsers between them.

Both Bowsers pushed against the stone walls and got them off themselves, sliding them through the ground. Steering the walls, they both rushed towards Thanos and attempted to crush him. The attempt failed. When they got near him, Thanos threw his fists out and smashed both walls to pieces. He then reached forward and grabbed the Bowsers by their muzzles. He then threw his weight forward and with a *CRACK* destroyed the ground beneath them along with their skulls.

From their, it didn't take long to suck away their life force.

Thanos could feel the energy flow through him. He smiled to himself a little and let power seep out from his eyes and hands. He really couldn't describe the feeling of being powered by four Bowsers at once. You had to feel it for yourself.

Now all that was left was...

Thanos looked up. Above him, all the way from space, he saw Bowser. He was charging down from the sky shoulder first and approaching rapidly. He was engulfed in fire, like a giant turtle meteor. In fact, he was spewing fire to form around himself and increase his power further. And he was approaching fast. Ready for impact right. On. Top. Of. Thanos.

"I'M GONNA SMASH YA INTA SPACE BITS, CHINFACE!!!"
Thanos smirked. "And that was your third big mistake."

With an unrivaled velocity, Bowser hit the planet.

KRA-KA-BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

Not even the ever so distant ships in the battlefield could ignore that.

Very little remained of the planet. Well, at least in comparison. All that was left was a series of scattered, floating rocks. Most of them were still confined to a lingering gravitational field, so one could tell that they used to be a part of something. Aside from that, though, none of the planet remained that was, well, actually a planet. But there did remain something. A yellow, red, white and green monster still engulfed in flames.

None other than Bowser, laughing maniacally over his accomplishment.

"GWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" He laughed, "I did it! I took that stupid chinface down! It took an entire fleet, a giant laser, and blowing up a planet to do it, BUT I DID IT!" He continued to gloat as he pumped his fists into the air, then flexed his muscles. "No one can stand up to BIG BAD BOWSER!!!"

As he continued to laugh and gloat in blissful ignorance, he couldn't hear the blinking noise of teleportation right behind him.

"Have you now?" came a familiar voice. "Because it seems to me like you've just lost your footing."

Bowser turned around in shock, barely able to believe that Thanos was still alive. And while he still looked ragged, it seemed like he hadn't taken any more physical damage from the planet's explosion. Really!? After all that!? He couldn't be that much of a tank... Could he?

Little did the Koopa King know that Thanos had teleported away as soon as Bowser hit the ground. He internally smiled.

Even still, Bowser instinctively turned around to fight again, only to start flailing in space. He had actually gotten so used to standing on solid ground for a moment that he didn't realize that he was floating and lost his footing. Thanos used a similar strategy on a similar opponent, but this time he knew it wouldn't work for long. Bowser began to hover and grinned. "Hah! Did'ja forget that I could fly? Thought'cha were supposed to be smart. But I ain't don wit'chu yet, chins! I can still-" As he was speaking, he slammed his fist into his open palm.

Something in there gave a *SNAP*.

Bowser winced and clutched his left arm. "What the- OW!" He suddenly lost all his bravado when a sharp pain went through his arm and wouldn't go away.Where did that come from? Had Thanos done something to him? If so, when and what?

In his distraction, he couldn't stop Thanos from gripping him by the neck. The Titan was smiling evilly. "That was your fourth big mistake. Perhaps you shouldn't have rammed your shoulder into the planet at maximum velocity."Bowser growled at him but couldn't do much else. Thanos them put his hand up to his face. "This is over. Suffice in knowing that your power will be put to good use."

Thanos began to drain away Bowser's life force. That's when they both knew that his was it. The battle was over...

...

...

... Except not quite.

As soon as Thanos began to drain away Bowser's life, they both felt something pull on them. Confused, they both took a moment to divert their attention. Thanos let go and they both looked to where the center of the planet once was. That's where they were being pulled to. They couldn't see anything there, at first. As in, there was literally nothing there. There was this one area where they couldn't even see stars. It was just an empty black void.

An empty black void.

Empty... Black... Void...

Oh.

"Is that...?" Bowser began to ask.

Thanos nodded. "Yes. Yes it is."

*THOOOOOOOM*

The suddenly appearing black hole grew in size just as quickly. It only took a second to become rather massive. Both Bowser and Thanos had to pull back, struggling not to get sucked in. The remains of the planet were not so fortunate. They crumbled into dust upon approaching the void. Any that came into contact with them were either smashed by the shell or the force field. Soon there would be nothing left.

"What in the-!?" Bowser began, "WHERE DID THAT THING COME FROM!?!?"

"Nowhere logical!" responded Thanos, "but gods of fate have twisted senses of humor. I suppose someone wasn't done with us."

They both hovered in place. As the black hole expanded, they had to keep pulling back with more and more effort. Unsurprisingly, Bowser was the first to make a move. Grinning, he spoke under his breath. "In that case..." He then lunged to the side and grabbed Thanos. "THEY'LL BE DONE WITH YOU, FIRST!!!" He threw his arms to the and and Thanos was thrown into the black hole.

On some level, however, Thanos expected this. He quickly spun around and grappled Bowser's leg. Bowser was pulled in with him. Bot were far too close to fly away from the black hole. All they could do was let themselves get sucked in.

But they weren't quite done yet.

They both gripped each other by the shoulders and tumbled into the black hole. Bowser headbutted Thanos and used his fire breath to push him away. Thanos threw his hand in front of him and used some invisible force to pull Bowser back in. Bowser reached Thanos nd swiped a claw in his face, leaving a bleeding mark. Thanos threw an arm in his face, but Bowser leaned back before sinking his teeth into the arm. Thanos barked in pain and attempted to shake him of. Bowser persisted and continued to rip away the arm like a mad dog. Blood began to fly away into the black hole.

Thanos used his free hand to bash away at Bowser's eye. The eye swelled, but Bowser held firm. Gritting his teeth, Thanos karate chopped Bowser's left arm, causing him to howl in pain and let go. Thanos used both feet and kicked Bowser in the stomach to get him away. Before he could get pulled back in, Thanos shot energy from both his hands to keep him away. Bowser threw both his hands in front of him to try to push the blast back. The combined force of the black hole and heat of the blast began to rip his skin away. Soon, his arms were reduced to bone.

Bowser teleported behind Thanos. He swung his left hand, but Thanos was prepared and quickly turned around. Their fists collided and created a force that could be felt even within the black hole. Unfortunately, that straw broke the camel's back, and Bowser's boney arm was smashed off, sucked into the black hole.

Bowser didn't begin to give up. He threw his remaining arm forward and created a sizable claw mark on Thanos' face, blinding him. Thanos threw a punch with Bowser caught, and Bowser lunged forward. He sunk his teeth into Thanos' shoulder and bit off a good chunk of flesh. Thanos cried out in pain before sucking it up and throwing his right arm into Bowser's gut. King Koopa was winded, and the color of his shell went from green and yellow to a lava like black and red. Thanos grabbed at Bowser's chest before pulling away, ripping off more flesh and revealing a massive rib cage.

Both continued to exchange brutal hits. Punches, headbutts and kicks, each blow tore away a bit from the other combatant. They were now in the dead center of the black hole, and they could feel their bodies being pulled apart. Each attack felt all the more damaging due to its influence. A slash across Thanos' torso opened up to a much bigger wound. A punch to side of Bowser's jaw tore off half his face. A jab at Thanos' stomach left a bloody hole all the way through. A knee to Bowser's own stomach caused a mass of flesh to explode.

Eventually, Thanos was a ragged, bloody mass of flesh, and Bowser was half skeleton. Thanos took a swing which Bowser leaned away from. The Koopa King saw his opportunity. He spun around and the spikes on his shell grew, leaving a massive series of slashed across Thanos' body. completing his spin, he kicked Thanos in the side and sent him flying away. He aimed at the Mad Titan and shot a massive stream of fire, colored a mix of red and blue.

Thanos caught himself from his awkward tumble and crossed his arms in front of him. The flames hit him dead on and continued to burn away at his already gravely damaged skin. Thanos' rage increased and he fired energy from his eyes. The blast matched Bowser's flames, creating a beam struggle that lit up the black hole they were in. As they continued to unleash their power, the black hole only grew bigger and bigger.

Bowser suddenly grabbed two cherries from hammerspace and crushed them, creating two more identical Bowsers. They also shot streams of fire from their mouths, swirling around the one in the center before meeting at the point of collision. The added power pushed back Thanos' laser vision. Bowser now had the upper hand.

Thanos grit his teeth and threw his hands to his sides. He gathered up all the cosmic power he could from within him. He clenched his fists and they sparked with power. He then threw his arms forward. With a roar he shot energy from his hands to add to the beam struggle.

It didn't take long for Thanos' added power to overwhelm Bowsers. The flames were pushed back further and further until there was nothing left of Bowser's fire. Bowser's body was hit right in the chest and fanned out to both sides, annihilating the Bowser clones. Bowser had to raise his arm in front of him in a futile attempt to lessen the power. Unfortunately for him, Thanos put all he had behind the blast. Bowser couldn't stop his flesh from being ripped away, reducing him to bones as the beam overshadowed his body, shooting past him and out of the black hole.

"Grrraaaahhhhh..." Bowser growled out, "Stupid... Chin... Face..." Soon all his flesh had burned away, and he had been reduced to nothing but a skeleton. like this, his eyes glowed red, and in his helpless position he could only roar. "RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

Thanos shot forward. "This is your end." He continued to blast Bowser as he fast approached him. Even with nothing left to do, the Turtle Tyrant held firm and continued to roar at Thanos. Thanos was soon right next to Bowser, firing a blast right into his ribcage. They floated face to face growling at each other. Thanos eventually stopped firing, but still gathered all of his energy into his fists before gripping them together and raising them above his head. "Do us both a favor and stay dead!"

With all the force he could muster, he hammered down.

*SMASH*
*end music*

With a mighty blow to the head, Bowser's skeleton flew apart. The light faded from his eyes. Every piece floated helplessly in space before being suck away by the black hole, surely to be ripped apart further.

Thanos hovered in place, panting and catching his breath as the void continued to rip his body apart. He looked into where the skeleton was being sucked away. Then he turned around. "You were indeed a worthy foe. May Death grant you peace."

He then teleported away.

In the void that Thanos just left, Bowser's bones were still being swallowed up. But apparently Thanos underestimated his skeletal structure. For the black hole was not ripping the bones apart. They just spun in place. Rather then being taken apart... The opposite happened.

Fighting the force of the black hole, the bones gathered in the same place. When they found each other, they rearranged. The rib cage was placed under the jaw, place under the skull. The arm bones were lined up, and the finger bones gathered around the hands. The tail was placed under the shell, as were the legs and feet. Once that was done, the bones reconnected...

*click*

One by one...

*clack*

Until a being was created...

*pop*

And a body was formed...

*snap*

Still, the skeletal structure remained unmoving... But then something else came. Something that lost its way in space and somehow, someway, found its way to this black hole. Found its way to Bowser. It's as if the two were drawn to each other. Or perhaps it simply wanted Bowser to win, and chose this moment to intervene. Either way, it slowly made its way towards the skeleton...

The glowing crimson gem made its way into Bowser's rib cage, fitting right where the heart would be.

...

... The skulls eyes flashed red.

Bowser VS Thanos: The Finale... All attention was diverted from work when Thanos suddenly teleported into his battleship.

"Master!" One of his henchmen ran up to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. He was on one knee with a fist to the floor. His outfit was torn apart and he was bleeding everywhere, his body covered in holes, bruises, tears, scrapes and slash wounds. An entire chunk of flesh was missing from his shoulder. His right eye was swollen and had a bloody scratch across it. He was even missing a few teeth, further contributing to the blood vomit spilling across the floor.

In short, he looked more damaged than any would think to be possible.
