As far as I remember it was made with ink and a wooden stick, white pencil and some used marker wich gave the gradient over the face...., that's pretty much it I suppose.... nice yr asking... cheers!!!

black ink (ecoline to be precise) and white pencil on package paper wich is rather beige in fact..., this one was color modified.... cheers
