The flag of the Silesian Piast family. Władysław II the exile of Piast family set his seat in Silesia after he left Poland. Since than Silesia had Silesian Paist rulers untill their territory shrunk. The silesian piasts were not extinc untill the early 18th century. Their symbol was based on the Piast eagle just with the cross and on it and with different colors. In later centuries their symbol became symbol of Silesia.
