I like how the entire rose is black, not just the actual flower but the stem and such.

This caught my eye. It's a good composition and great "colors". The black and white theme - even in the background with the newspaper - really works well to make her stand out. I'm probably way behind the times, but that's the first all black rose I've seen. I thought that was pretty cool too.

On critique I might have though is that maybe you would want to crop out the left hand side of the picture to the edge of the newspaper? The grass and the edge of the building make it feel more like a snapshot. If you cut them out 1. there's a nice diagonal light gradient from upper right to lower left corner and 2. it eliminates the only vibrant color (green) that distracts from the skin and hair of the model.
