I just wanted toΒ blend something and mess with photshop gradients a bit more.I draw Peppy/Penny like this a lot. It's like a psydo Penny, kind of her, but not the original.
I find this style more appealing, because it allows me to shamelessly indulge my inner furry.
And by God, do I love pastel colours.
The sparkly eyes are the bane of my existence tho.
