I fav'ed this a while ago, but I keep looking at it, so I figured I needed to write one of these...
Vision: The background is strong, very vivid, while the boys are somewhat faded, so the could have used a bit of an outline around them, since they sort of fade into the background in certain areas, mostly around Mello's back and Matt's arms.
Originality: I haven't seen any other pictures of Matt & Mello like this, but I have seen a lot of other characters from other fandoms and what not in a similar position. The sunset background is something I've never seen before, however, so that's good- Different.
Technique: This is a painting, correct? I like the way you positioned the boys, you made it look very natural. However, Matt's hands are a little off around the game. I can't find a flaw anywhere else.
Impact: I get a big impact from it, their faces especially Mello's. I can really see the love in the whole picture, and it's very calming. It always makes me smile.
Overall, this is very well done, and I love it.

VISION: 4.5 stars. It was great, but it was missing something. You needed more shading around their cloths, mostly Matt's. It's slightly off...
ORIGINALITY: 3.5, because there are hundreds if not thousands of pictures of Matt and Mello hugging like this. I added another half star to three because the background is outstanding.
Technique: Simply fabulous. No mistakes at all.
Impact: Not much impact, since you were going for a calm kind of surrounding.
