History:

Tanga was born in an alternate timeline where Zarbon survived the events on Namek and was sent to Earth along with the others. During his stay on Earth, Zarbon and Bulma started a tentative relationship based off of loneliness and mutual attraction. Both did not believe that their species was compatible enough to produce offspring so they never worried about an accidental pregnancy.

Zarbon left the planet around the same time that the Namekians did with the hope of being able to visit his homeplanet and to locate Vegeta. By then, his and Bulma's relationship had gone a little sour due to a few comments Bulma had made about his other form that he found insensitive and a little insulting.

Bulma found out a few weeks later that she was pregnant with his child but his ship was too far out of range for her to contact him.

Zarbon didn't find out that he had a daughter until his return to Earth a few years later to inquire about starting trade with his planet, Kallos, and Earth. By then Bulma had started a relationship with Vegeta and was pregnant with Trunks. He was shocked upon discovering of Tanga's existence but wanted to have a father-daughter relationship with his offspring and requested to take Tanga to his home world so that she can learn about her heritage.

Bulma reluctantly agreed that Tanga could go but only when she was older.

Delighted at the knowledge of having a descendant, Zarbon stayed a few more months before heading home but promised Tanga that he would come back for her. He sent her many lavish presents after trade was established between the two planets.

During his stay, Bulma apologized for what she had said in the past and how she acted and hoped to start a new friendship with him.

Zarbon accepted her apology and the two have since stayed in contact with each other and have bonded over their complaints with Vegeta. Zarbon has actually given her advice on how to deal with the frustrating and standoffish Saiyan and informed her of why Vegeta behaves the way he does.

Relationships:

Bulma- The two enjoy shopping, doing yoga together, going to the spa together, and attending parties with other important socialites. Most of the things they have in common are social activities or beauty treatments. Tanga doesn't have much interest in science but the two have gone gem hunting together. Some of the stones they found were made into jewelry that Tanga wears.

During their first gem hunt, Tanga found a geode which was cut in half to reveal amethyst crystals. She kept one half and gave the other to Bulma as a reminder of how much fun they had that day (Bulma keeps it on her work desk alongside a picture of her family).

When Tanga was little, Bulma would read to her every night at bedtime. Tanga's favorite story was "A Little Princess" and she tried to emulate how the character behaved. She also liked fairytales about princesses.

Zarbon- Tanga didn't know much about him until he returned to Earth but immediately felt a connection with him. She was overjoyed when he told her that he was a prince on his home planet and that made her a bonafide princess. He was pleased when she expressed interest in the customs and culture he grew up with.

Zarbon was adamant about spending as much time as possible with his daughter and took note of all her interests. It didn't take long for them to bond and were both sad when he had to leave.

At the age of 15, Bulma finally decided that Tanga could go with Zarbon to learn about his culture and meet her paternal family. She stayed with Zarbon for two years where she got to learn the local customs and wear the traditional clothing.

Zarbon proudly showed her off every chance he got and made sure she was treated like a princess (or else). He became a bit of a papa wolf towards her and she had to remind him sometimes to relax.

As she matured, Tanga spent time on both Earth and on Zarbon's planet in the hopes of becoming an ambassador.

Vegeta- The two rarely interacted with each other during her childhood but their brief conversations were usually civil despite his hatred for her father.

After the Buu saga, he began to treat her more like his own flesh and blood.

Trunks- Tanga used to pack him around when he was a baby and read stories to him after she learned to read. She would encourage him when he felt downhearted and scolded him when he got too mischievous. Trunks has always looked up to her and often goes to her for advice before talking to Bulma and Vegeta.

Bura- The two are very close and Tanga refers to her as her personal fashion consultant. Like Trunks, Bura also goes to her for advice and looks up to her.

Tanga often invites Bura over to her apartment for girl's nights in.

Ava- If they exist in the same universe, the two would grow up together as the best of friends and consider each other blood sisters. They even have matching tattoos of cat paw prints on their upper back (Tanga has paisley patterns in the paws while Ava's look like paint splatters). Tanga has hired her as a personal body guard because of her intimidating stature and fighting skills and share an apartment with their pets.

Pets: A fawn colored Somali cat named Chiffon.

When she was a child, Zarbon gave Tanga a domesticated Kallosian spider-mouse that she named Taffeta.
