The Royal Guard OC zapped by Luna is just a generic royal guard.
The "silver" Royal Guard who is passing by in Panel 5 is Silver Sickle, an OC who belongs to ThePonyStark who is one of my Patreon supporters.

Whoa, just googled them and it looks like you're right! I always thought the comitee that chooses them must be VERY racially biased, but at least they're allowed to have different hair. But no, what looked like plumes is actually mane styled into mohawks. How practical.
