Dec 31rst 2006I'm still trying to decide if I like this or not.
It's Lady_Foxbat, my neopet, anthro korbat villian.
The original sketch I did on the computer looked wonderful, but I'm not sure if colouring ruined the pic or not. *sighs*

I've been collecting up her fan art to decorate her new page with. I haven't 'quite' gotten to working on it, but plots/stories are forming in my head first.. and that's always a good sign. ^^

Yey! She's very awesome. Anatomy is perfect, I love how she's not absurdly skinny, instead she has muscle and curves, and creates a very evil but attractive look. I like the background as well.

i like the coloured version better than the lineart. but is it just me or has she gained some weight since the pic on her lookup? Just curious cuz she looked anorexic(sp?) before. now she looks healthy.

Yeah I know and it keeps bothering me. I don't like the way that I coloured her. I'm still experimenting with this 'painting shades colouring' in adobe.. but I wonder if I should have made the shades more muted. I'm not sure.

I changed her ears slightly as I pulled up 'bat anatomy' ref images to try and fix up her look a touch.

i think she looks great! and the coloring rocks also.. the only thing i can think of is that she may look a little better if u did her clothes in red rather then yellow.. the yellow blends with the other colors and i think doesnt make her 'pop' quite enough
