Just a quick ref sketch for an RP.

Willa (Willamena) Jones, 'Spirit-of-the-Law', glasswalker philodox, and detective in Vancouver Canada. (low rage, calm heart)

She's actually somebody I pictured in the background of our RP for a bit, but haven't written her up until recently. She was a note on Speaks Softly's LARP sheet from back in '97 of an old packmate back in B.C. who was a rookie in the RCMP. Today she's a detective in the city, and is sort of a mixture of an antagonist/ally for Paul and his crimminal gang.
She's sometimes helping them (when she thinks it's important for the garou) and sometimes trying to bring them in for whatever crimes she can catch them with... annoyingly usually losing them due to pay offs, blackmail and such.

She knows that she could never actually be able to truly arrest them, or make them actually pay for what they do (not only do they pretty much have complete influence control over the city and an annoying shadowlord ragabash lawyer, and keeping a werewolf in prison is impossible), but she tries hard to at least follow through with what laws she can - even if it's more of a slap on the wrist reminder for those guys.

I picture the poor girl to be really stressed out, trying hard to balance the Litany and human laws.
