Description I thought I'd do a second Cybertop VS Rocky Picture since I gave Cybertop a brand new outfit for him to wear. It looks like Rocky's met up with Cybertop again and who knows what this guy has in store for the hero this time. Knowing Rocky, he'll do what he does best and bully Cybertop and Cybertop does not look happy about it. He looks worried. The background was done with Pant.net. Don't they look cool though? I'm sure Cyber will be able to beat Rocky again if they do end up fighting. I hope you all like this picture guys
