Description Now my day job is doing animation for SOUP2NUTS Productions (Home Movies, Dr. Katz, Word Girl) This was originally a picture I had done of Brendan and Jason from "Home Movies" as (Star Boy and The Captain of Outer Space) for one of the audio guys who was leaving the studio. I later had an idea to take the same pose and make Brendan and Jason as Bats and Sups. This is done in FLASH (the program that we use to animate all our shows in) and it is a print I usually sell at conventions and my web site (www.DAVETATA.com)

Only recently have I started watching HM and I'm already addicted! I love the characters, the theme, the animation ( ) and the show in general. Wow. This is a great pic. I know every one on here has said it but I too loved Home Movies. I Have all 4 seasons and have made all my friends watch them repeatedly. Some have become fans and other remain ignorant to it's genius. Jason was my favorite character. I am actually a pastry chef and when I was going to school I actually made a Jason sugar sculpture for one of my classes. I have a pic of it on here check it out if you can. Thank you VERY much! I’m always amazed how popular Home Movies STILL is after all theses years! The show will ALWAYS be me favorite show to have worked on and remains very close to my heart. You worked on Home Movies?! If that's the case, then might I say that it is my pleasure to meet you and comment on your work! Home Movies is, by far, one of my favorite cartoons in the book.

Brendon and Jason would make the best team of Batman and Superman, in my opinion. I can just see Brendon filming a movie about this, too. I seriously wish I had more to say than just that, and "wow".

Thanks, I worked on all 4 seasons of Home Movies. Sorry to say but that straight-to-dvd 5th season is just that....a rumor. That's not to say that someday "maybe" the studio might do a direct to dvd but, right now it just not in the cards.

Yes, I was animator on all 4 seasons of the show. Good times, good times. We're working on a show right now for PBS called Word Girl. Even though it's for kids to learn vocabulary words, it's a VERY funny show. Check it out it! It's on every Friday.
