Description
Decided to make these since it's been confirmed that the Omnitrix contains Dolphin and Mouse DNA (ben10.fandom.com/wiki/File:Dol… ). Dolphins and lab mice, despite having above average intelligence, are not sentient enough on their own for an Omnidevice to allow the user to transform into them. The device thus fuses their DNA with a small amount of the DNA of the species using the device (in this case, a human) to create a sentient enough transformation.

Powerfin is the Ultratrix's DNA Sample of a Genetically Modified Dolphin/Human Hybrid (70:30 DNA ratio) from the planet Earth. The Omnidevice (in this case, the Ultratrix) provides the transformation with a containment water body to allow it to survive and travel on land. This mechanical body constantly pumps water into the transformation's gills for it to breathe (Dolphins normally lack gills but the alteration of DNA has resulted in an unusual anatomy, possibly reverse evolution, which shows the presence of gills). It can levitate a limited amount above the ground and provides locomotion.
Powerfin is mostly useless on land but can be quite formidable underwater. It does not require its mechanical body while being submerged and can move at extremely high speeds. It possesses an inhuman amount of strength, agility and reflexes. It can also shoot concentrated blasts of water from the blowhole on its head (due to the the presence of gills, the genetically modified dolphin no longer requires the blowhole to breathe and uses it as a defense mechanism instead). It is capable of creating whirlpools underwater through rapid body movements. It also has the ability to use echolocation.

Ratattack is the Ultratrix's DNA Sample of a Genetically Modified White Lab Mouse/Human Hybrid (60:40 DNA ratio) from the planet Earth. It is an extremely agile transformation with superhuman speed, durability and reflexes. It has sharp incisors which can gnaw through most materials. It can scale walls easily and can break apart locks too. It has an advanced sensory system which allows it to detect threats easily and it can thus pass through a bobby trapped area without facing any hindrance.
