Description
This is my second piece in the series (in order of the seasons, but in reality it was the last one I drew) of my chipmunk characters and the seasons. This one features the twins Yarrow (in the yellow) and Whitlow (in the minty green) during the summer.I tried making their clothes look more natural, but I couldn't not color them without the original color clothing I gave them. However, they still have their acorn tailrings and Whitlow has her grass blade belt.
They're both up in a pine tree enjoying the summer. Yarrow is munching on some seed or another, but Whitlow, being the mischief maker, wants to do something fun instead of just sitting around.
If you notice, they each have a unique marking over one of their eyes. Yarrow has a white patch of fur around his right eye, and Whitlow has a black patch of fur around her left eye.
Whitlow and Yarrow are mine. No touchy!

suki: *runs away screaming and never comes back.*

me: *silently threatening sokka in a way that toph cant see with her feet with a knife*
sokka: *kisses toph*
toph: *deepens kiss*
sokka: *realizes that he really does love toph*
me: now that my work here is done i have to go. *leaves*
sokka and toph: *still kissing*

I've been drawing all sorts of rodents for several years now, just continuing to improve my technique. Drawing from life helps too. You'll improve, don't worry :>

Actually, I've personally discovered that it's impossible to draw anything that resembles or remotely associates with a rodent of any shape or kind.
I guess it's a personal problem, after seeing your little cute characters.
