Another wizard character design. Her name is Dream Daily. She's the one of great wizard who experts in every mainstream elemental magics.
I got this character in my original world since the long time. But this one is just the first picture I draw her in digitally way beside of sketches in my scrapbook. X3
Hmm, seems I got some of a totally random character design like this. XD

Dream Daily is quite a fancy and fashionable looking wizard, along with looking pretty, quite wise, and really happy. She really shines as she summons her dark celestial staff, which is kind of eerie but really neat. Beautiful work on that fancy outfit, especially the mystical embroidery with the magic eyes; the magnifier on the closed eye on her hat is really cute, and the dual-peak style is a nice change of pace. Lovely work on the stitching of her coat, and it looks like the lining has some magical properties to keep her safe and comfortable. The lava-veined boots must keep her feet really warm too.

For that "belled hula hoop", I suppose it's a kind of magical belt? It doesn't made from a physical material. Just a magic power to holds on her elemental spheres that she use to cast the different kind of spells. X3
And haha, I haven't thought that deep about her boots. It just a magic item but keeping her feet warm seems to be really cool idea too! Thanks for that!

Is it on purpose that the moon spell thingie looks like slaanesh simbol in warhammer? Its probably just me ^^'
