I think the muscles are fine, but her torso and arms should be a little bit longer. He waist looks a little short.

This looks very nice, the only criticism I have is that her right arm (the one holding the metroid) looks much smaller and less muscular than her rleft arm, and the lower legs look a bit weird, but other than that, very good, it's always nice to see more muscular samus art on this site.

That is how Samus is meant to look like. Not like some skinny supermodel, but like a muscular, very fit and strong bounty hunter that kills space pirates for a living.
I mean, you wouldn't expect Boba Fett to be super skinny under that mandalorian armor, wouldn't you? Makes no sense.
