How about Princess Peach?
In the first game she is a red head with a white dress. In the second and third she is a brunette with a pink dress, and not until Mario World does she look blonde with a pink dress, which is how she will look in all the following games.

Foremem's right in that the blond/brown hair is canon, but I really do like the color scheme of the Justin Bailey version. It's very alien-ish, and definitely stands out comparatively. Then again, surely Samus could afford some hair color with all that bounty hunting money.

Well in the game she actually had blonde/brown hair, the green hair only happened when using the justin bailey code or using the zero suit code and getting the last suit upgrade.
