I notice you added some details to the ropes, fishnet-style, emphasizing the connection to fishing; it works perfectly well to convey her connection to the sea, maybe as the shaman of some shore-bound tribe, maybe as a loner, approached with care by those who seek her help. The threatening (or, at least, determined, no-bullshit) expression on her face makes her an impressive character/personality, and the glowing eye is just a perfect touch to drive that effect home. Having her stand in the water is a cool idea and works well, too - as does the slight turmoil in the water's surface, hinting at her power while not fully unleashing it.
It's a nice touch to have the orb dangling from her hand swing slightly to the side, with the hand holding it turned around (both differing from the earlier sketch); this suggests motion, even some connection with the water's movement, making this version more vivid.
As to anything else, what can I say? Colour scheme, stance, lighting are wonderful as usual

The other thing I was thinking when making the net is that she gives me also a feeling like she got stuck in it, and she is kinda fighting against fishermen who are destroying the area.
