I felt like drawing Rue from the hunger games (she's my favorite tribute) I think she's probably the cutest character EVER!I gave a super small watermark because I love it too much to kill it with my WM~<333
I really like how this turned out!
expecially the background, it's alot more detailed then I'm used to but I always found all the scenes to be so detailed!
