When you write, "gets great benefits besides their wage", you do not mean cybernetic bodies? Bodies seem to be opposed to this, if I correctly understand the text. What are the advantages they get, that most of the company's employees did not run away when they were made such an offer?
Of course, if the technology of cybernetic bodies is sufficiently developed and popular, it softens the demand, but still there must be something else. Right?

Where do I sign, or what do I have to do to start working at that company? By the way, good material and good art

while I like the idea, I think what CRIOB is doing to the employs of the Vector Insurance company looks better then what they are doing to they own.
As they are "just" put into a permanent exoskeleton/metal-shell with some hand and feet replacement.
While CRIOB's own employs seams to also loose arms and legs, with the new joins looks very weak, on the plus side keeping own head and face.

Hopfully we will be witnesses of the improvement of Jenny's existence.

I guess they could not hide this before hiring and she knew what she was on? Especially if someone from a cyborgized staff interviewed her.
And I'm curious, it turns out not all employees give face replacement? Although, as I understand from history, they must in any case somehow change their minds, and hence have access to the brain. And instead of this leg and hands they cut off much more than Laura.
Or is this a deception and in fact the reconstruction of a face made of polymer material is performed? Then the recruit during the conversion is waiting for a big surprise.
And workers who need a lot of walking or standing for a long time, get a full replacement of their legs, so as not to get tired?)

You are mixing up the companies.
the company Laura and Sarah worked for was the Insurance company "Vector", CRIOB just did the conversion.
As for Jenny here, well the mechanical part looks to include the back of the neck and as we know from "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World" a chip to the back of the neck gives you a way in to they head.

that is a neat idea for a company they put in some training and when they find the right person they want them to last a while at the job of course the downside is its probably hard to resignΒ since the critical mechanicals probably remain company property
what do they do with the old body?

it would be funny if they put a robot head on it and just had them doing filing in the basement
