Yeah....and is there a one-click-wonder way to install these darn things? I'm looking at the destructions,
and realising I have no idear where to go to do some of this stuff!

It actually comes with an Instructions txt file.
Basically it's copy and paste - choose which versions you want, top text, left text, no text. Mark all the CSS in the file and copy it. Go to your gallery, click on Folder options, click the CSS tab, click on add css to open the box and then paste the CSS into it. Click ok, and you're done - gallery installed.
