Animals are so rude!

Daz wanted nothing to do with a dangerous shot in the jungle, even though all of us thought she was being silly. Um, so, yeah, there were dangerous animals. Iray was a more willing participant, even if she complained that the setting didn't allow her to get her bounce umbrella things set up properly. Photoshop did the finishing, and cleaned up the blood, to keep this from requiring a violent tag. The wild animals didn't sign releases, but we weren't going to ask them (plus, the shark thing was dead).

Ryan says the dead shark thing was an Onchopristis, which is clearly impossible. But it had a weird saw thing with teeth sticking off the front of it's head, so I'm kind of baffled. I wish we'd taken more pictures, but…look, I have to be honest here. Madeline and Ryan were annoyed that these animals were ruining their boat cruise, but once we realized exactly how dangerous this situation was, we were all pissing ourselves and not in the frame of mind to take scientific documentations. It didn't occur to me until after we'd flown home that we should have alerted somebody who could have hunted the alligator and examined the river. So call us scientific failures if you must.
