Drew this guy again, and came up with a name for him - Zephan! I'm happy with how this turned out, I like this guy a lot. One of my fav OCs c:His race is my own creation - originally descended from dragons many thousands of years ago, they're now permanently stuck in human-esque forms and can't shift from one form to the other, like their ancestors could.
