TAKE 1] : this is a homage to 1 of my favorite TWILIGHT ZONE ' episodes -' NUMBER 12 looks just like you' -and the premise was a future society where when you hit puberty -you have to be transformed to 1 of maybe 20 or so beautiful body and face types =that scientists have proven to be so harmonious looking that they cause all people to get along , and outlaw war AND HAVE A PEACEFUL SAFE CONTROLLED SOCIETY -, a brilliant but fascist concept -the young heroine above resists the transformation at first wanting to be a unique individual, but feeling like everyone thinks she's a an odd' ugly -duckling ' -SO- under pressure from her gorgeous mother and PRETTY best friend -VALERIE[ ALREADY TRANSFORMED ] -she submits to this horrendous -beautifying procedure -and comes out looking gorgeous but identical to millions of other 17 year old girls-who have been 'changed ' . WHEN HER FRIEND VAL SEES HER- SHE EXCLAIMS 'BARBARA, YOU ARE BEAUTIFULL!!!, and an ecstatic Barbara, admiring her nu looks - replies "AND THE BEST PART OF ALL , VAL -, IZ THAT I LOOK JUST LIKE YOU!!!" SOMETHING TO PONDER IN TONITE'S EPISODE OF POTENTE 789….AND ALL I CAN SAY TO THEM IZ :'VIVA LA DIFFERENCE !" LOL
