Woah, first comic I made in at least 4 years.
But yeah, Skyrim's a really top notch adventure game but nothing is perfect...

...the npc's have the intelligence of a plastic cone...

Well once they become of age one can only hope they have some combat skills and experience. Or else they will be the first to die when they are forced to fight for their lives!

If I were in their place I would be wearing all kinds of armor and wielding all kinds of weapons. I would be confronting enemies and slaying them for practice and training. Because hey, when you cannot be killed and only knocked out then you can learn how to fight the hard way.

You would think that they would be the most valuable fighters in Skyrim. Soldiers that simply cannot be killed.

Have you come across the NPCs who either say they're going to join the Imperial legion or the Stormcloaks and they're headed to the wrong city?

my case:
NPC1: "I'm jonging the Imperial Legion, a unified empire is best for everybody!" *as he walks towards Windhelm*
NPC2: "I'm off to join the Stormcloaks, Ulfric's got it right." *as he walks towards Solitude*

Their planning to earn their way in by destroying the hq of the rival factions.

I live in Lakeview manor but before then I lived in whiterun and it made me upset when Braith would bully my kids, but now they next toΒ a "peaceful" lake and get to pickpocket Nazeem. almost all the other kids are alright well exept the jarls kids. I can't be the only one that hates them

I had moved my family to the safety of Lakeview Manor before defending Whiterun from the Stormcloaks, only to find my daughter Lucia frolicking around in the carnage. The conversation went like this:

Lucia: Mama! Let's play a game!Β

Emilia: Β WTF are you doing out here?! I'm going to KILL your father!

Walking into traps like it's some sort of pasttime. Telling you the most important stuff (and by that I mean unimportant) when you don't care. Rushing headfirst into battle with a dragon without realizing it'll kill them.

Yep, they definitely have the intelligence of a plastic cone.

They are Nords the only things they do is kill, steal and kill some more. there is not enough room for intelligence inside their heads.

There's a mod for Morrowind called "Shut up!" that keeps NPCs from talking to you when you walk by them. Dunno if there's anything like that for Oblivion or Skyrim.

I don't claim to have the best PC ever, but Skyrim isn't really that demanding. Unless you install ENB mods.
