Trade with of her character Crystal!I really wanted to draw (at least) one of her characters because her style is so beautiful and the character designs are amazing, and I also wanted to see how she'd draw one of my characters in her style.

Mmmm I like the subtle smudges. I need to think of different ways to start these comments besides 'I like this' or 'I like that'. Those smudges are very nice, I don't know if you did them on purpose or not, but they have a cool style to them. BAHA look at me, so observant and artistic.

Um. Smudges... I really had no clue what I was doing with this, I just tried to force Photoshop to do my bidding as best I could.

I am good at being snooty. HEY! I didn't even think of that. How much do you think I could get paid by being a critic? Making a living off of being snooty. It's what the rest of the world does anyways. And if I do, I could critic your work, but say really good stuff about it and we could have an inner scam going on.

Ohey I just accidentally deleted a message from you and now I can't find it, but it was saying that I would love it if you helped me with Deen's smoking every once in a while and I'm glad that's not from experience. Everything is so awesome and wonderful and I love it all~ You drew Crystal so well! I love the way you drew her hat and outfit, and the edgyness of her hair and tail ;u; the pose it also to die for and please don't even get me started on how cute you made her little boots <3 I love how it all looks, and I was wondering how you got everything to look so crisp-looking? That background, I also love that ;u; specially that skull!

Haha I'm so glad someone noticed that skull, it was kind of an afterthought but it made me giggle
For the outer edges I used the polygonal lasso tool to select the shape, then locked it to keep the edges sharp (I dodn't know if you use photoshop or not, the tools might be called something different in other programs) and used a brush with a hard edge, I hope that helps?
