Well, all cephalothoraxids reproduce similar way to Poeciliidae. Females (which are about 30% to 50% bigger than males) cary hundreds of eggs in their ovary and usually every day give birth to few youngs (or in some species they have only one baby per few days) they are significantly smaller than adult ones (in case of 30 meter long species like this one, they will be no bigger than 2 meters) and are independent since birth. Only very few of them survive to adulthood, but they grow incredibly fast, much faster than anything living on Earth (they have much higher body temperature than Earth animals).
