Cool character, I love the design C:
And she's a descendant of Beorn, awesome! What animal does she shapeshift into?
Also, her name is really cool.

Thank you so much :3
Yush, I love Beorn. His "kind" is so cool!
Anyway, she has a number of animals she commonly shape shifts into. The most common ones are a fox (feral), a griffin (phoenix), a lion, a large dragon, a hawk, a wolf, many others :3

You're welcome :3
I love Beorn too. Shepeshifters are awesome.
That's really cool It's interesting how she's an anthro fox that shapeshifts into a feral fox XD Is there a reason why she can shapeshift into many animals? Because I think Beorn was only able to shapeshift into one.

So true :3
Thanks! She has a human form where she's a normal elf like you see in the films, but anthro is the common one I draw her in cause my humans are iffy XD
She doesn't have endless forms. Only a few more than the ones I mentioned. My explanation goes with the theatrical version of Beorn because there isn't a whole lot of info on the Beornings otherwise. He and his race were captured, caged, tortured. My interpretation was that the reason Beorn's Bear form is so unreasonable is that it's part of the torture. Part of Azog's fun. Basically Rhavan wasn't caught be Azog because she grew up with elves so she isn't locked in one alternate form. But she doesn't have endless forms either.
It's a loose explanation at best, but it's pretty much what I had in mind when designing the character. Also having more forms aids her in battle.

Your welcome! That makes sense XD It's okay, cuz I can't really draw humans either, or even canines XP
That actually make a lot of sense. They didn't really go into Beorn's past in the book (or so I think ) and I don't know much about Beorn's race either, so your explanation is pretty plausible.
No, your explanations pretty good. And, yep, turning into lots of animals is pretty helpful in battle XD

Yeah. I need to practice humans... but it will be a while XD
Thanks. One of my friends helped me to a bit of digging, so I sort of paired that with the explanation that they gave for Beorn being the last of his kind in the movie :3
Yup. I have some funny images of that in my head. One of them in Rhaven turning into a feral fox and biting someone in the leg XD

Thank you so much :3
I'm a bit busy atm :/ I've had to turn down a lot of fun trades and collabs lately, but school just started and I have a couple commissions left. Including yours.
I don't know if you even remember, it's been so long and I was pretty slow going with the realistic commissions but I still haven't been able to get it done. I don't know when I'll be able to, honestly. I haven't had much luck with trying out good fur methods for chat poses. If you'd like a refund I'd be happy to give you one because I don't want it to drone on forever.
I'm so sorry :/ I try not to let this happen, but as my style has changed my old methods don't really work anymore.

I used a lot of the design aspects of Tauriel's costumes because they're what wood-elves wear. But I was trying to set her appeart from Tauriel, they're pretty differant.
But thanks :3

I've seen AUJ 60+ times probably, and I've seen DOS 4 so far :3
Love it! I have my problems with DOS of course because of it's inconsistencies with the book, but it's still an awesome film.
I'm reading the hobbit now, then after that I'll begin reading lord of the rings. (Reading them in order)
But I'm absolutely obsessed with lotr <3

I read all books in order, so I am very excited to read the series.. my friend in Norway said it's a wonderful series, and I believe he is currently on.. I am trying to remember the name of the second LOTR book... Ah, two towers x,D He is currently on that one, I believe...
And I have seen AUJ about 15 times since it came out, and I've seen DOS 1 time.. I am going to go see it in the cinema again, though.. very excited x,D

I just love all of it. In my opinion Tolken created the best fantasy universe in history!

I actually did too. My mom is a bit of a book geek freak, and she kept urging me to watch/read lotr. She is into some pretty campy stuff, so at first I didn't want to. But then I pretty much ran out of good action movies, so I watched them. Then I'm like, y'know, this is freaking epic. So I became obsessed. Then I started getting into the books, and the background of the universe and ended up loving it!

Ah, my parents started watching the movies and went to see them in the cinema with me when I was barely grown up. I was like.. a baby when they went to see the lord of the rings, so I grew up with it. And they both read the book, and after seeing desolation of smaug, i decided i am old enough to read it xD

And omg lucky.. that must be really cool.. I am dying to get the entire series, but I am tempted to just make myself not watch the hobbit trilogy until I have all three of the hobbit trilogy xDD I have the first one, but I am going to get DOS when it comes out.
