sucks that this had to be canon (he looks as clueless as me about it all lol) but you did a really good job on the no-lineart.
The 3D aspect (as in what body part is in front of the other) could use to clarify a bit more through the colors but keep practicing, you're on the right path!

The only effect her wings had on anything was it making it a bit more difficult for writers to come up with realistic threats to her but then there's not much realistic about talking magic ponies. It literally had zero effect on her.Β

Well I mean if you see it that way, don't let me make it any more complex for you.
I find it disappointing when writers and artist feel their content must be bound to canon format all the time after every littleΒ new thing that happens in the show. What happened to being creative and expanding off of fanon (or fan-canon) qualities and theories? The fanbase used to be daring and experimental, now everything's set in stone from a rather bland perspective of the seemingly forced show script.
Personally, the show today bores me with its predictability. I stick solely to fanfiction and a few drawings here and there that remind me of the characters I first knew in them all.
