I think this is a very strong painting. You did really well with the details. The lighting is a bit inconstant and values are very similar. I understand that it's night and everything is darker. Use this to your advantage. Make things that aren't of interest duller and more in shadow. Make things of interest lighter. Save the bright colors for your focal point. Otherwise your eye doesn't know where to look if everything has the same value and saturation. Over all nice painting very well done. Keep painting you're great at it! Hoooolllyyy shit. This is gorgeous! I don't have much to say asides from maybe focusing on where the light is coming from or a bit on the anatomy around the face. The flowers are being lighted up from a light source more or less behind them, so I suggest trying to work on that a lil bit. The face is a bit wonky with Spyro having an awkwardly low mouth. It's a bit small and there is not too much expression/detail in the eyes. I suggest putting a bit more emotion and detail into expression otherwise I love this with my heart and soul!

the wing looks nice and not out of place
the flowers and plants are nice and not covering too much
overall shadowing is good
backround is nice and not too busy
negative
the orange to purple on the top left side of the neck seems a bit off whit the orange seeming to fall back and the purple to be a sudden flat (i think shadowing is at blame in this part whit the whiter part)
the front is a tiiny bit too busy/clorful/light/sharp (not really sure what word fits best) compaired to the back (bright colorful front whit the gloomy backround)
the other wing should be slightly visible (but it would be har to put in this other then slight orange slice so... eh)
