I absolutely love the effects in this picture. I am still very new to photography, but I am working on it. Please tell me what HDR means. You said you took it on your Nikon and then ran it through HDR.
I tried very hard to get similar effects with my beach shots, but I never got so much color. I took them at sunset and set the Time/Shutter value down a couple steps. It gave me some moody pictures, but nothing like this.
I appreciate any technique help I can get....
