haha yea I try everything to get rid of the fence (this particular fence is thicker than most) so I am always happy when I manage to get a good one

Do you have any tricks for getting rid of the fence, aside from cloning it out, or trying to stuff your lens through it?

Ooh I never clone it out or stick it through (it would get munched.. ha) the best advice I can give is to change your positions try to shoot straight at the biggest gaps and be as close as possible. As far as tips for your camera.. set it to the widest aperture it can go so thats the lowest F stop.. F 5.6 for example and just experiment from there.. hope that helps
