Okay here he is! learning to shade, pen and whatnot!Okay the tools were-
Pen and paper, funky manga pen, sharpie for large black outs, the tones were done on PC
I was lazy. Should have drawn them in but MEHAnyways I don't own him, I sure as hell wish I did hahaha!

10/10!! me and my friends are actually cosplaying as some org xiii members, me as roxas, axel is Jen (<33 axel so much but i have to be careful not to say that when Im roxas.... -,- damn fangirls sometimes) chels as xion and dawn as Larxene, this is really amazing, you're very talented.

You have drawn his Chakra very well I feel and he has this sort of youth about him that's quite cute.
If you wanna draw Axel really cool I would go for a kind of Frank Miller kind of look. The kind of half colour half black and white look. If you colour his hair in red and the rest of him in black with a dark background and white chakra, that would make him look so amazing

What I was thinking is if you just did a similar sketch of him but leaving things unshaded and then again shade aon the computer maybe.
You know just do a rough outline of the clothes, hands, weapons and hair then scan it intot he PC and play with it see what works best.
