Ceres Coldstone is the result of a union between a witch and a vampire; so she is half vampire, half witch. Because of her mixed heritage, she does not have the weaknesses of a traditional vampire such as being vulnerable against holy items, silver, and sunlight. Ceres has all of the strengths of a vampire and unfortunately she also has the craving for blood. She can eat food, but it does not satisfy her hunger like human blood does. Ceres also needs blood to cast her magical spells. She doesn't hunt humans to get it though; She mainly raids the blood bank to keep from attacking people.
