So deppresing that I became a fan of Syd's after he died!
I would have love flooding him with my drawings (Why did I have to miss the 60's?!)...I think he was a beautiful soul, full of positive energy and charisma, uniquely beautiful. I love the fact that he was an artist (such variation in his work!! LOVE it.), a musician, a poet and a lover of fairy tales...never cn that before. Anyway...wherever you dwell now dear Roger I hope it's somewhere amongst the flowers where the sun always shines and where you can dream forever. I hope you never stop visitng me in my dreams. I hate it...the eyes are dead, the lines harsh, the perspective wrong,etc. I think you're being too nice to me! I don't have any artwork where i'm truly happy with it...I tend to put them away and then see them again after years only to find that they looked worse than before...it's awful but I can't remove myself from thinking like that...my destructive intuition is built in....
I think you're truly nice for thinking positively about it though!

Yeah...I did this one a while ago...I think I've improved since then...I don't think it merits to be liked! I think it lack life...and that is terrible...without life a drawing is just a thing and NOT a person...so yes...I don't like it...but you're AWFULLY nice to think otherwise!

No please don't be ashamed!!!!! No one should be ashamed of their art...it doesn't matter what level one is in...we all start somewhere! I highly doubt anyone who ever lived or will live would have the talent of drawing like a god in their first attempt! That would be ridiculous! You should have seen some of my drawings when I startedLOL....I've been drawing since I can remember but I only started improving in my art since eight years ago...when I started to draw more serious and advanced subjects...I thought I'd never get there...but you do with work and persistance. So please don't be ashamed...I'd love to see your work...if you let me I'll give you some tips...from my own trial and erroes....besides your subjects as long as I love them, they are of great interest to me!

"stopped to draw" is present tense hon...must change to "stopped drawing" as you're talking of the past...same thing with "addict" change to "addicted" ed is past tense

That can be acquired by reading! The more you read the more words you collect! I was always the book worm and people were always surprised that I knew so many words! It doesn't come magically but with work...although reading is never work for me only pleasure! And start with easy books and work from there! You can do it! Soon you'll be correcting you cyber friends!

Good questionLOL I know quite a few but I can't really give you too difficult readings....what are your favourite subjects? Sci fi? Gothic? Mystery? Romance? My faves are Gothic, fairy tales and horror...so let me know and I'll give you a few reccomendations...and thanks for confiding in me! it means alot to me that you hold my opinion to be of value!
