Long story short me and my boss just finished watching the first season of Gotham and wE REALLY WANTED TO MAKE OUR OWN VILLAINS AND RP @ U @
This is Brads dude, no name yet. He's obsessed with skin and finding the perfect way to peel it off a person. Wears his victims faces as a mask and cross dresses as a lady when killing.
