I apologize for mistakes in gyarados's design, holy crap it's harder to draw than I would have guessed.

What's happening here: They're on route 216, around that little house (I noticed there's a bunch of ridges with trees on them on the mountain, that's where the flag is hidden). Sawyer thinks he saw something, so Thorne rears up and he climbs up grabbing his spikes for a better view, confirms the red glow and instructs Demarco to go and grab it.

Technically there would be more snow in such a blizzard but then the picture would be even harder to see xD nty
