After King Vriant takes the throne, his first order of business is to rescind many of the deposed Guest Halder’s policies, including returning the holdings of the House of Moethran to its rightful ownership. With the lord of the house now a Technasian princess, the new Lord Moethran, Firnian’s head of household Lucinda, takes the chair and returns to the lead of the council. Litigia still needs its lords, though, so King Vriant allows one of Guent’s choices, Brestian Laith, to retain his position.
