Wow...look at that rotten old image!It was sketched so lightly that altering the levels to bring out the lines also brings out the electrical drawings on the back of the paper!
But it was important to dig out this sketch as it is indeed the very first one of L Firen Brimstone.
She was supposed to be the tiny, unassuming character who harboured and incredible power and did so as a small goth girl with blonde hair who carried Pandora's box with her.
But that's not a terribly original concept, and before I could even finish the design I changed my mind and went a different route.
Now she was really unassuming by being a cheery, colourful school girl: (But as I go looking for the old picture of her, I discover I never uploaded it: sta.sh/01q06b3zxo5s) and the immense power is housed within her doll: The King of the Sack Trouser People.

I do recall doing a lot of my drawing and doodling on cheapish paper as well, so it wouldn't surprise me to have that kind of issue spring up if I went back to draw my old stuff.

They always say it doesn't matter how you make it, just so long as you've made it! I'm sure many of us started drawing on any old scrap we could find!
