Description NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT FAV MY DEVIATION WITHOUT A COMMENT, I GREATLY PREFER COMMENTS THAT FAVS!

The Changeling is a must in any all Tzeentch army, for 5pts it allows me to force an enemy unit to target a friendly unit so they can either stand around confused or pass a leadership to try and see through the illusion if not they shoot everything they can at the chosen friendly unit.

Such an ability would certainly require a robot that has some level of psychic power I thought of two options 1. A psyker’s brain implanted into a robot or 2. An ancient piece of tech that focuses on feeding info directly into the targets brain to create illusions. I decided to choose both and created the Zanatorian Mastermind. I did think of using a sphere instead of a skull but I feel that would be over using that idea as it is already being used of the Scorpions and Disruptors.

Just think of it as a robotic Zoanthrope, regarding the paint scheme I went with Dark colours with a small amount of blue to blend it in with the army.

Pretty cool, but some how they kinda remind me of the Sentinels from the Matrix.

Interesting model, and an interesting idea. The shape of it reminds me a bit of the tripods from 'War of the Worlds'.

Guitar wire for legs, Tau Stealth Suit "helmet" for the back, but I'm not sure about the rest...

Nice work though...

This is very impressive work you've done. I dont really know what this is and as a result i can't give any real opinion on it, but it's damned fine work, no matter what. I'm faving this stuff

It looks a bit TOO much like a floating head to me. Someone metioned adding arms. I'm not sure you should add arms, per say, but it needs something arm or body-like if you're really going for a robot of some sort. I'd imagine you could put something squarish like a battery (but not at all like a battery in terms of its use becasue I know that's not really how your army work but I'm sure you can justify it somehow)to balance out the roundness of the head. I think part of the problem may also come from the fact that the head looks too big to be supported by the coils. I like the idea, but because the head is so far off the ground it looks like it should just tip over. Things that are lower to the ground wouldn't have this as such an issue.

As always, you have a great overarching feel to your models. This creeps me out, which I think is the point, and it's reletivly obvious that its more than just a robot. It's clear you put a lot of effort into your modles and it really shows. Also, you use terrain to add to your piece and it's feel, which isn't something I see very often. Exelent work!

I like it, a lot, it reminds me of the Tenaculates of XCOM Terror From the Deep, a great design and robotic concept, definitely has that feel of being able to manipulate its surroundings with otherworldly abilities

Needs arms under the body too tired to make a full critique now.

Why would a pyschic robot need arms?

Because there is a large gap under its head. Put robot arms there, try using the arms from a servitor or something, just to make it look more sinister. RIght now it looks like a floating power plant with a skull, if you added something like arms or manipulators under the head it would look more like a bot.
